The heater in our room roared...like a truck at idle. The door fit so poorly into the frame that light and sound poured in. The drapes did not close..more light at night. Front desk gave incorrect instructions for accessing WIFI....indeed it never worked. Had to use a cable for internet access.
Clean, convenient, great beds, linens, towels, Neutrogena products, two chairs, good size desk. Loan of unbrella and internet cable.
Easy to get to. Free parking included. Fresh baked cookies all the time in the lobby. Friendly Staff!!!

You can only access the wifi with two devices. Nowadays, the most of the people has at least two devices, and if you stay in a room with more than three people you will have to pay an extra. You need a car to go to downtown.

Colour of lighting. Dining facility a bit disappointing & service not too friendly.

Called Help Desk to get more towels. Was redirected, but nobody answered. Called again, and no answer.

Breakfast was good, but not as wide a selection as the Doubletree at Denver.
Staff was extremely friendly and courteous, check in was quick, lobby was decorated nicely for lounging by the fireplace, dining in the dining area or winding down at the bar. Dinner was great, coffee, tea, water and cookies always available in the lobby anytime! Rooms were clean, comfortable and roomy for two, we stayed in a room with 2 queen beds. I have nothing but good things to say, we really enjoyed our stay here.
The mattress is too soft. The beds were full size not queen size.

It was not as cheap as it appeared in Booking.com. Booking.com showed me the price at 492.30 dollars for 3 nights but I paid 621.69 dollars. Per night, I paid 43 dollars more and that left me feeling like I've been ripped off.
The room was quite big and very clean. The parking lot in the hotel was free and easy to find empty spaces.
The location of the hotel was convienient to get to the airport and from there to the city. Rooms were nice and comfortable. Staff was superb!

Courtesy drinking water was denied for the second day when contacted hotel staff. There was a small amount of over charge added in the hotel bill which was promptly reversed with intervention of Booking .com staff. I appreciate booking .com service. This experience will definitely keep me as a loyal customer.
Everything in hotel is superb, as expected from a group of Hilton hotels, signature service. I will definitely recommend everybody to try this hotel.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Beautiful cosy lobby area with a fireplace and complimentary hot beverages, cookies and fruit. Very well priced restaurant with a good menu. Fantastic wifi in all areas of the hotel.
No diner options in that area, specially after 9pm.
The hotel is really close to SFO Intl. Airport, so it´s perfect if you have a late check-in or an early check-out. Easy shuttle bus system from and to SFO Airport too. Breakfast is not included, but it has a reasonable fare and good quality. You won´t find this quality of stay in SF City or the bay area for this price.
Beds are very narrow. Not comfortable for 2 person. The smallest bed we had in USA in our 3 weeks journey
Nice, clean, modern
I didn't like that the location was far from everything. There is no pool or hot tub and you can only eat between 6am-10am and 5pm-10 pm. There were no close options for lunch and there is no room service available between 10am-5pm. Also, the bar does not open until 5pm.

Bookings.com did not send reservation to the Hotel.
They honored the bookings.com price even though bookings did not inform the hotel of the reservation.
