The bed only had a sheet over the sheep skin on the bed, any kind of body fluid will be on the bed how would that be sanitized? I will not stay at a Hilton that has that type of bed. There is no way the body fluids could be removed with out some kind of sanitation.

It was near where I needed to go.

My booking was more than what I set up with Had my email confirmation so got it corrected. Construction inside was disruptive. Wrong information about the cost of a dinner. Front desk manager didn't handle concerns we'll. No breakfast.

The quietness and cleanliness of the rooms, the selection of items in the little market, the menu for breakfast, the efficiency of the staff, the convenience of using wi-fi

Breakfast buffet was great. Room was very clean. Staff was friendly and helpful. Great stores nearby -easy to get the items I forgot at home - little store in the lobby was also very good.

Bed linens were kind of wrinkled. Confusing neighborhood of maze-like streets, more signage please!!

The only request I made when I made my reservation was " a quiet room". They put me next to the elevator. I could hear it all night.

I had reserved two doubles and was travelling with a friend. The agent at the desk did not even acknowledge that he was giving us a king bed. Told us that he was upgrading up to a mini suite. It might be a little noisy; it was next to the elevators. MIGHT be? Try impossible. It also smelled because I'm sure it was never used. They moved us to a room that didn't have two tv's. That was something they thought might bother us! Still a king bed. If we had been two business men they would have at least mentioned that to us. Will never stay there again. May never even go to a Hilton Garden Inn again.

Friendly staff, great clean, comfortable and spacious room. Perfect location for visiting San Francisco.

Breakfast was not included in the room rate and costs $15 per person. For that price you can find much better in the area (or E.G. in Burlingame). Our room was on the 2nd floor on the back and far end of the hotel, right above where all the airco units and some power generator were. Even with ear plugs I had trouble sleeping. Major bummer. We booked this hotel to rest after visiting San Francisco but if you can't sleep everything else doesn't really matter...
