Staff, when we told them about the broken bed they very understanding and helpful! Broken bed, chair in room a sac not comfortable! Breakfast was very expensive for what you get!

Staff Room Bed was amazing to sleep on Complimentary coffee and water in the lobby. Flat screen TV and lots of channels AC worked GREAT! Hotel Shuttle thats provided freely around the 5 mile area of the hotel Super Shuttle provides service to and from Tampa Airport so easy to get to Mold in the eating area on the ceiling tiles. Hours of operation of the Bar starts late 1pm vice 5pm would be better Sour Milk in my room when I made coffee continental breakfast should be part of the room rate.

Good value for money hotel, which was easy to find. Quiet, convenient location which gave us good access to the beaches and to downtown Sarasota. Helpful and friendly staff.

Location Restaurant was not open for lunch and closed at 10pm (no room service) The a/c was turning off and on every 10 minutes during the night was very annoying.

Ondanks aankomst na middernacht allervriendelijkste ontvangst waarbij nog een drankje te krijgen was Meer dan een uur op de hotelshuttle van de airport naar hotel moeten wachten. Echt slecht na reis van 14 uur.

Is very close to the airport and have free shuttle to it. There are nothing to do in a walking distance, so to shop you need to take a taxi, witch are very expensive.

Very nice hotel. I wanted to stay close to Sarasota airport as I had a 7:00 am flight the next day. Took the shuttle to airport at 5:00 am. All went well.
