Score from 65 reviews Very good
clean room, comfortable bed, functional wifi, cookies if that's your thing. There is also a small restaurant in the lobby that served what looked like a good breakfast but we didn't have time to try it. Staff was courteous.
location is blah. It's in the middle of an office park with nothing really near by.
It was a great stay and the bed was amazing! Food was great too
The staff was friendly and helpful.
Maybe I was expecting a nicer facility because of the Hilton name. The bathroom didn't have a vent fan and it took almost a half hour to clear the mirror before we could use it. The beds were lumpy..pool had loud piped in music. Overall a poor experience.
The front staff helped me reserve a town car to take me and my family to pick my car up from being shipped from Alaska. Doing that made my trip so much easier and less stressful.
If I have to pick something, maybe a bigger snack area.
Sloppy, unfriendly, and not helpful staff. Uncomfortable beds and old sheets that didn't fit the bed. No fan in the bathroom and when asked about it was told that there is a silent fan that runs all of the time. Really? Very doubtful.
Upon arrival from a very long drive from California we were told we couldn't park our brand new Harley Davidsons under the awning while checking in because the driver needs that space for the shuttle! The first room we looked at was located by the smoking rooms and was stinky. They only offer water at the check in area, you cannot get coffee in the lobby at all. When we asked for extra coffee for our room coffee maker so that we would have some for morning the front desk staff acted like they were running out and that it was inconvenient. The hot tub and pool were dated and the hot tub looked dirty. No manager or security staff to patrol the parking lot at night (this IS Seattle folks!) The walls are paper thin and have no insulation between them and you can hear everyones conversations without even trying. My husband and I had to get up at 5:30 to leave and around 10PM the people in the room next to us were slamming the door repeatedly and going in and out and had a lot of people in the room drinking and talking very loudly, we called the front desk associate woman and told her what was going on, she told us that there is no security and could not do anything about it because she was there alone, my husband asked her to call them and see if they could quiet down, she said she would. Then we hear the phone ringing to the room and when the people answered it we could hear the woman saying "hello, hello?" the person that called did not say anything to her and hung up! The woman then said "there was nobody there!". After another half an hour of the noise my husband called again and asked if the front desk associate woman would do something about the noise, again. She said again that there is nothing she could do.
Staff was super friendly and helpful. Overall very nice place and would stay again without question.
had problems with our keys multiple times at inconvenient hours.
It took us a while to get checked in and check out took even longer. The desk personnel had " system issues" that did not allow her to check us out and apply our payment.
Friendly staff; nice pool facilities; apples on counter; restaurant in building.
Confusion of a staff member on check in; inability of staff to find luggage carts when needed at check in; room was not always cleaned by the time we returned in the afternoon.
Outstanding staff, very knowledgeable about the area, very friendly and helpful. They shuttled us to and from light rail for a day's visit to downtown, gave us useful tips on what to see in our limited time. Location was quiet, away from freeways and busy streets.
Was a bit further from the airport than anticipated, but that wasn't really all that bad.
Free shuttle took us to light rail line to downtown Seattle; great directions and service from Richard.
breakfast not included; no other restaurant nearby; had to pay for newspaper but a USA copy was available at a table in lobby.
The reception staff was really helpful
Accomodations made for our sick family member. Room ready early at our request due to the illness.
It was good enough. No complaints.
Not being able to order a movie on tv.
The lobby areas were beautifully maintained and comfortable. The room was clean and well equipped.
Gloomy hallways: low ceilings and low light. The location is strange, a bit industrial with a lot of highway noise.
Great staff Great linens
Hotel has a restaurant
No bathroom fan. Expected more from a hilton than a comfort inn bed and atmosphere and bed.
good shuttle service and nice drivers. easy access to seahawks games. light rail system is close.
No phone book in rooms
The hotel was convenient to the airport and had easy access to Issaquah for the Salmon Days Festival. The restaurant was good
There isn't much around the hotel in terms of interesting restaurants or things to see and do.
