I requested a non-smoking room and I was given one but the people before us that had the room smoked in it and the room was not filtered off the smoke when we got there. We were quite tired and had to endure the room that night. They also had a "promise" that of guaranteed satisfaction or our money back and that did not happen. I was just given a "sorry, it won't happen again" brush off.
