Staff was friendly and skilled. They were very helpful and I felt we'll trained and professional. Loved loved the location- could walk to theaters, Central Park, and the food on 9th Ave. Room was spacious and bed very comfortable. Lots of hot water. We had no complaints. .

Everything! I couldn't fault it as a city hotel. The staff were helpful, friendly and very welcoming and Pigalle restaurant was absolutely fine. Will definitely stay again next time in nyc. Five mins walk to Times Square too!

The hotel is extremely convenient for Times Square and there is also a metro station very close The Pigalle restaurant and bar attached is actually a very buzzy place at all times of the day and so we ate there several times and it was good We didn't use them, but idea of microwave and fridge so you can self cater up to a point could be a bonus as nyc is not a cheap place! Staff were friendly and helpful and the rooms were nice though I'm not sure how many have the wonderful city view that's shown on the website! The foyer's like an icebox! Poor staff. Someone should redesign the doors! Bathroom was a bit basic but this is not pretending to be a luxury hotel... Which you'd pay a lot more for.
