it was an ideal location for tour buses and resturants and times square on your doorstep your receptionist was not very helpful when arranging transport back to the airport was very keen for us to book private car or told us to go to port att bus st when all we required was shuttle bus milford plaza was much more helpful |

Great location, very nice staff (apart from one bell captain).Very thoughtful amenities eg Microwave, Iron, fridge & toiletries Bell Captain very brusque, acted like he hadn't been tipped, which wouldn't surprise. however this should not detract from the very high standatds of this hotel |

We were located on the 2nd floor which is far far too noisy for the money we paid for the room. We could feel the subway passing underneath, never mind the traffic and noise of Times Sq. I wouldn't stay here or recommend it to anyone unless there were guarantees that the room would be located on the highest floors. |

Rooms provided with tea/coffee making facilities but also fridge and microwave - as shops nearby was great for having snacks/breakfast in the room without relying on room service. |

Location was fantastic, easy access to subway, very comfortable beds, hotel staff were very helpful & in general a very nice room (2 queen beds) Wanted to extend stay for extra night and the asking price increased by 50%!!! We thought this was a bit over the top after we had already paid for 3 nights. |

Its location was ideal; close to Time Square but not so close as to be too noisy. It was a good base to get about New York from. We stayed in a King Evolution room on the 8th floor, it was a really good size and well equipped. The staff were very helpful, friendly and polite, nothing was too much trouble for them. My daughter and I wanted to see a particular painting in an art gallery but werent sure if they had the painting. The hotel concierge, without a quibble offered to ring the gallery for us. The painting wasnt there. She saved us two journeys and 20 dollars each. She was extremely helpful.The free tea and coffee in the hotels lounge in the morning was a bonus. The bathroom was quite small, however who would want to spend a lot of time in the bathroom when you can be out and about in New York |

Le personnel très très serviable et aimable, la situation de l'hôtel qui est à un bloc de Broadway et Times Square, le confort de la chambre, le grand lit très confortable, la proximité des restaurants et des commerces, une bouche de métro de chaque côté de l'hôtel, la taille de la chambre qui est non négligeable pour New York. Pas grand chose sauf peut-être pas de mini-bar dans la chambre et la salle de bain qui est un peu petite. |
