It is located in an area where it is a little far from most of the shops or even to the mall. They do have a shuttle bus to overcome that.

Clean,quiet and convenient

They don't have any shopping or supermarket down the hotel . If you need supermarket you most take car or taxi . The metro station is far from there about two mail and half .

There is a "Smoking Oasis" on the 2nd floor of the parking garage. The staff were all courteous and friendly. The rooms and hotel were spotless and a huge kudos to the housekeeping and laundry staff.

We did not like the hotel restaurant. There were only 2 menus for all of the customers so we had to wait until they were available. The hamburger my husband had was ordered medium with swiss and bacon and it was very dry and had no cheese or bacon and the taste was awful! I ordered a steak wrap that was supposed to have avocado and tomatoes but they forgot to add those as well. The coffee in the lobby was always out of coffee. The indoor pool and hot tub are very small and outdated. And the wonderfully comfortable mattresses that are consistent with the Hilton Hotels were extremely used and uncomfortable.

First of all your staff - all of them - were just a pleasure to be with. Your staff - and I mean every area that I interacted with - were the absolute best I have encountered overall in my travel experience. Friendly, helpful in every way. That includes front desk, restaurant, housekeeping . . . everyone!! The convenience to shopping as well as my work was an added plus. I was able to get back and forth easily even with the cold weather. The hotel shuttle to Tyson's Corner was a great benefit. I also loved the pantry.

I understand the brand of Hilton, but I think the price was a bit high. I would love to see discounts for early reservations, or industry staff (I work in for a commercial airline). I also understand that this is probably the standard for that geographic area. I suggest to add non-pork meat items for the breakfast buffet. However, i did find out that you offered turkey sausage, but that was a request. An airport shuttle to Dulles would be great, even if it were by request. Or you could offer at certain times during the day, like 8.00 am, 12.00 noon, 4.00 pm, 8.00 pm, or something like that, so that drivers would not be so exhausted.

Safety and location.

Unfortunately, I became ill with food-poisoning during my stay at the Hilton and strongly believe it was the hummus appetizer. Being food-safety certified, I am very careful when traveling and am familiar with the symptoms.

My sister and I stayed in the Hilton garden inn for four nights and we had a great time over there. Rooms were clean the staff is great and helpful. I would highly recommend this hotel to any person.

Parking costs $5 per day.

The staff who run the restaurant in the mornings are very helpful and professional. The room was almost always clean when I returned from my seminar. The checkout process seemed fairly painless.

I booked my stay at this hotel in February and paid for it at that time. However, upon returning home, and checking my bank account I had been billed for the same stay twice. I am very upset about this as it is now causing me some concern.
