The staff of the hotel is incredibly friendly! Although the hotel has some great positive aspects such as perfect location and ample rooms, the warmness and kindness of the staff are the best part of it. Great hotel overall, for sure an "erro-free" choice! It is of course relatively expensive, but certainly worth it.

We were pleasantly surprised by the quality of and value at the restaurant. Great food at reasonable prices. My husband was able to order a couple of specialty beers that he really enjoyed. Our server - Shannon was very friendly, he really made our two meals there a delight. Thank you. Mattress was hard.

I received the receipt that informed the amount of usd 501,52, but after this I checked my credit card and saw that the amount charged was usd 526,60. So, I sent an email to know if there was a reason for this. This happened two days ago.I Had no answer until now.

Close to everything. Easy to access all of the attractions downtown and Reagan National Airport. Traffic was terrible. Gide yourself enough to get where you want to go.

The staff are so friendly and helpful. The rooms are spacious, the bathrooms are nice, and the beds are very comfortable. The restaurant has a great menu with interesting food choices. Traffic noise.

The room was well-appointed -- fridge, microwave, chair and ottoman. It was clean and fresh. The staff was wonderful and the restaurant was fabulous. Wi-fi was a bit of a challenge.

It was our second stay in this hotel. WE choose it again because we really enjoyed our stay 1,5 years ago. The location is great - walking distance to the most city attractions, close to the metro. The rooms are clean. Service is good too.

Our room was noisy, garbage collection too early. We arrived at 8 pm and they wanted us to pay additional money after 2pm after we already paid $48 with the tax. If we return we will park elsewhere.

I really like the location and the fact we could walk everywhere we wanted to visit. The staff was really helpful. The hotel was expensive as was parking. I should have stayed further from where we did and get a better room but use mass transit for the same price. There was no view of the city and the street noise on the sixth floor was awful.

Location and price The bellhops are very nice however a bit pushy to get things rolling the moment you arrive. Stressful for them to be hurrying you to get your luggage out, deal with the car and get room straightened out. No breathing room.

I thought ut woukd be of very good standard as the Hilton´s garden in Bethesda nbut was nto. The heatinh started working as refigerator in the middle of the night. The funcitoneers that came to fix it were rude. The internet wifi did not work half of the time. Next time I will stay in the hotel of Bethesda that was much better and with netter restaurants close to ti and will travel to the city by subway
