Staff were very nice. Breakfast was very good and affordable. Room was a nice treat for a weekend away without our kids.

Floor around our spa tub could have been a little cleaner. We went for Black Friday shopping-would have been nice to purchase a snack when we came in after midnight.

everything we needed we got right away and with no trouble. the whole staff were very helpful at all times.

we enjoyed the whole thing even at the end we saw you start to put up the christmas decorations even if I thought that it was a bit early, they were very nice.

I was disappointed that breakfast was not included with the room rate. Since we had to purchase there should have been a price difference if you only wanted the cold breakfast.

Canadian. Since money at par was able to enjoy your hotel. Will definitely stay at the Hilton on our next visit to Watertown.

I liked everything about the garden inn, everything I needed was in one location.

The Hilton is very comfortable, new and very well kept. Front desk staff are very friendly and accommodating.

Some of the food service staff are very dour. We met one server and one bartender who barely smiled and did not make us feel welcome. But one server in the restaurant was there from open to close and that could account for her poor disposition.

We are a very "Modern Family" and we needed a place to rendezvous between Ottawa and New York and hang out with the new baby of the family (8 months old). The Hilton Garden Inn matched our pace completely - totally relaxed and the very nicest staff I could have imagined. Gay friendly, absolutely! And the rooms are big and comfortable. The baby had his first swim at your hotel. We all had a great time and would love to come back soon.

Fenêtres pas assez étanche. Le bruit de l'autoroute 81 est très audible. Le déjeuner n'est pas compris dans le prix.

Very clean. Very comfortable. Nice fitness center. Good food.

Don't stay on the side of the hotel that faces route 81,,traffic noise can be very loud.

The staff were incredibly helpful and courteous.

Ce que j`ai aimé à l`établissement Hilton Garden Inn Watertown est que on avait une grande chambre propre, une belle picine et un beau hot tub, du très bon services à l`hotel...

Ce que j`ai pas aimé à l`établissement Hilton Garden Inn Watertown est le lit qui n`étaient pas vraiment comfortable; parce-que nous avions un lit king pour trois personnes;et que nous n,avions pas assez de place pour nous trois;ont aurais voulus avoir un lit simple pour notre adolescente de 13 ans;ont eu mal au dos...Apres le samedi nous avons demander une autre chambre avec 2 lits quinz et ils nous ont donner une chambre avec 2 grands lits. Aussi dans le hot tub la deuxièmes marche est très dangeureuse (les marches n`étaient pas égales).

the hotel and staff and the services were excellent. It was amazing. Everything was perfect. I would definitely stay at this hotel in a heart beat .

Everything the hotel offered

The fancy mattress which was supposed to adjust to the firmness that you like didn't work. We were staying for 2 nights. We left our room at 6 am and returned @ 3:30 pm and our room was not done up yet. We wanted to relax so we told the girl not to bother doing our room. For the price we were paying this was very unsatisfactory. We will not return to this hotel.
