nice location, good facility.
The heater is really loud when it's on.
My Fiancé and I stayed there for the night and I must say, they treated us like royalty. It was one of the best experiences we've had.
Nice comfortable room. In the Canyons area about 5 miles from the Historic part of Park City
Could hear the couple next door which was a surprise in a Hilton facility.
This was a quality hotel with nice gym, pool and two Jacuzzis. It was just my wife and I but next time we'll bring the kids. The room had two stories with the queen need on the second floor. The room had a beautiful kitchen and fire place. Great location for asking, but bit off a drive into town.
we were told this room had a great view, we ended up overlooking the parking lot. We had trouble figuring out how to get the air conditioning to work, it got a bit warm in the evening but not to bad. this is a vacation property so the hotel did not have many amenities like restaurants or complimentary breakfast and the valet parking was additional 15 dollars and you can only valet park and the check out is at 10 a.m.. Still, this is a great place and the off-season prices are really good. We will come back.
Location, staff, amenities---everything was beautiful and clean.
I did not like the fact that there was only one mirror in the whole room. It was difficult to try and get ready with just the mirror that was in the bathroom.
Flies in pool lots
beautiful hotel, would stay here again
I had written on my reservation requesting a specific area (building) of the facility that has bedrooms facing the mountain. I called the night before and made sure that I would have what I had requested and they assured me. I got there and had a room in an adjacent building on the first floor facing the parking lot. They wouldn't switch it. The management and front desk people were unfriendly, not customer friendly, and rude. Also there was a mouse in the hot tub which my kids noticed after I had been relaxing in it for a while. Totally appalled with the place. Will never stay there again no matter how cheap it costs!!!!!
Proximity to Winter Olympics site
Overlooking pool area
size, decor and facilities of the room.
swimming pool is a bit too small to encourage a dip in it. Tennis courts can also be included to make the resort activities more colourful.
awesome in every way
We love Park City, and being able to stay in such a comfortable, beautiful hotel makes it all the better. The amenities are super, pool, gym, and location!! We love the Hilton Vacation Club!
Great staff. Shuttle service made going to other areas very convenient. Will definitely be back.
Location. Room was big and comfortable.
Room was located by the front entrance on the ground floor so it was a little noisy.
Comfortable, great value, convenient location to slopes. Easy walk into the village.
Really doesn't have any hotel amenities such as restaurants, breakfast etc. like some of it's neighboring hotels.
Great location, great staff and excellent facilities.
Large living area. Kitchen a big plus.
The lack of good attitud and service of concierge.
Washing machine and Dryer

We stayed 4 days during Xmas / New Years week. Despite this being their busiest week in the season, the service was exceptional. I have stayed at many hotels and these guys really made me feel at home and well taken care of throughout. The doormen, concierge, shuttle service, front desk, ski valet, etc. all work together to make sure their guests are happy. It was great to be next to the ski slope as well. On our last day, we were able to stay to ski upto 30 min before our shuttle to the airport. It was a great trip and would definately stay there again.
Ski valet was very convenient. The concierge named Caro was helpful, friendly and highly professional. Location near the sunrise lift was great. Room cleaning every day was very luxurious. All the staff members were friendly. My son and I felt very welcome.
The room was well heated, which was nice during the cold weather. The hotel was located in an area close to restaurants and the ski slope, which was also night.
The walls were extremely thin. We spoke with the hotel concierge several times to let them know that we could virtually hear everything the room next door was discussing. The hotel stated they would give us a $75 voucher for the inconvenience, but asked us to go through booking.com, since this is where we made our reservation.
location, staff, great value for the price. We ended up buying into your vacation club.
We were in 130A and someone else was in 130B. there was a shared laundry in between our rooms. They used the washer/dryer all night long, not during the day but all night long. Dryer was very loud. finally at 11:00pm we complained to the front desk, they came to talk to the people but loud dryer continued.
Beautiful one bedroom, with 2 full baths and great kitchen. Great staff at every level. From property GM to front desk, valet, concierge. All were great. Great location and great free shuttle service to town and other ski areas nearby. Obviously great location for skiing the Canyons.
If you are planning on using the sofa bed for sleeping, it is horrible. We had to take mattress from hide-a-bed and put it on floor and they added another mattress on top of that. That made it only passable, still very uncomfortable. I will say that the GM did try to accommodate us by giving us a very good rate on an additional room with a bed, but still, I was not planning on this additional expense. All said, as the old adage goes, attitude goes a long way, and their attitude in dealing with me and the problem was very good. But the resort really must either change these sofa "beds" to some that are truly sleepable, or they should not sell the one bedroom suite room as sleeping four persons.
Location and personal
The bed and temperature were uncomfortable. The room we booked didn't agree with what we were given, they tried charging us additional money to upgrade. Ended up getting what was shown on our reservation.
