Everything was excellent from the room to amenities great place to stay and affordable.

Good price, pleasant staff, everything was great.
Very happy with everything
Someone's hair was left in the shower.
Self contained with all facilities that we required. The Market Place had a small amount of groceries, drinks etc which was convenient. The hotel was quiet and there was no slot machines.
Location was at the end of the strip, however, still within walking distance to shopping, restaurants etc., The hotel cold have had a restaurant. The Market Place prices on some items was a little higher than the supermarkets, however, it was very convenient.
What a nice and relaxing room. The spa tub was great! The Kitchen amenities were perfect. We felt like we were staying in a very nice condo. Too bad we stayed at another Hotel up until our last night. No comparison! We can't wait to go back to Vegas again now so that we can stay at the Hilton Grand Vacations on Las Vegas Strip!
Only thing we didn't like was that we only got to spend one night out of seven in Vegas at this hotel. Booking issues with another hotel was the reason to stay here our last night. Wish is was all seven!
Location...getting even better the Festival area coming up!
Is it really necessary cheating guests by calling a coupon on a coffee to go and a snack a 'breakfast'!?
The fact that we were in Las Vegas
Charged $100.00 on arrival(Just in case we damaged the Room). What a joke, never been charged in any other hotel like that, insulting. Hand basin drain blocked, I thought we booked the Hilton.
Loved the big rooms. Great that htere were no casinos inside the Hotel, so less noise and people. Was walking distance to Casinos and public transport.
I know majority of the people use credit cards for everthing, but everyone should be given the opertunity to use cash at the bar, and the store inside of the Hilton Suites.
Fully serviced apartment with kitchen, even a washing machine & dryer.. We were overly satisfied with everything that we had on hand, lovely pool area
At the end of the strip so a bit of a walk to get there but fine otherwise, no casino in a hotel..
We' ve liked the location- on the las vegas strip but far from noises, the room was big and furnished for cooking and do laundry. Fabolous!
The girl at the front desk spoke us too fast also if we asked her to do it slowly-The other People of the staff were nice and kind
hotel in las vegas to relax in swimming and free from gambling.
Great room, large space, clean, useful kitchen and good wi-fi signal.
It's not as close to The Strip as other hotels. However, there's a Deuce Bus stop just outside the hotel (about US$ 8 day pass), so we could move easily through Vegas.
The hotel has all of the facilities needed to be comfortable and to spend relaxing days in Vegas. Cleanliness Staff was excellent 24 hs Gym Market in the first floor for any need Pool was nice and big Though it does not have oven, a little kitchenet is provided.
The pool is not always sunny
1. Funky smell in room 2. A random person used a key to open our door within 5 minutes of arriving to our suite 3. The property is sketchy at night. It is a long walk up the driveway to main entrance and one night I came across a homeless person on the actual property.
I like the location, it's on the strip but not to where the crowd is buzzing around all the time. I also like the fact it does not have a casino. If I wanted to gamble I can always go to hotels nearby.
Unlike other hotels, HGV does not really have a proper area for breakfast in the morning. Even 3 stars hotel that offer breakfast have a nice little buffet that you can help yourself with coffee, tea, cereals, yogurt, toast, eggs etc. that are spread out to your choice. The area is not very conducive to a relaxing breakfast in the morning. Breakfast is better set up in most hotels in Europe, why can't it be the same with HGV?
This resort provided us the opportunity to relax and enjoy the sun in quiet. We also had the chance to take the convenient monorail into the hub of the strip and enjoy that too.
Pool closed too early. Waves was closed for the season. Needed more variety in the Marketplace. Makeshift bar in lobby was not stocked properly. These are minor issues compared to the wonderful time we had.
Liked the hotel and staff. All very accommodating and professional. Clean room with everything we needed for our weekend.
Kind of a long walk from all of the action. However it will be much better when the rest of the hotels are finished being built.
Everything was perfect.
sofa bed should have more padding
The staff were helpful and the wifi was free and fast. The location was good as it was away from noise and crwods but we could easily access the main strip areas in a matter of minutes, on the cheap bus. It is also close to Stratosphere amd Vegas Machine Gun experience. The pool and spa areas were great after a long day of walking around seeing the sites. The room was large quiet and comfortable, and the full kitchen was great value.
I did not like receiving a welcome a welcome package and then being "invited" to get cheap tickets for shows and dinners if we attended a timeshare presentation. We got approached enough in the streets of the USA without being approached in our lobby. When we asked the concierge about booking tours we were brushed off if we wanted to do anything other than the shows they could give discounts for.
Great place to stay if you want to get away from the craziness of the strip.
The area between the hotel and the strip is developing. It's a bit spooky to walk back with drunk people in the streets.
We booked a suite, with full kitchen facilities, additional lounge. Excellent. Hotel facilities/pool were great. Would recommend if you want a hotel in a quieter location and are happy to walk a fair distance to the main hotels/casinos etc.
Didn't expect it to be quite as far down the strip - took approx. 30 mins to walk to beginning of strip. Could have done without the 'time share' sell, after a long drive!
There is no casino in the hotel which makes it quiet and smoke free. Rooms are very big and equipped with all necessary facilities.(including a blender in the kitchen)
Due to the location of the surrounding buildings, there are not so many sunny hours in the pool.
Staff friendly and most helpful; great facility.
Location - walk to other venues was uncomfortable (did not feel safe) and caused us to cab back or our return.
I booked a room there over two months ago. About 2 hours later I called to cancel because I changed my mind. You mean to tell me, that room couldn't be filled in 2 month's. They refused to refund my money. That's just bad business and I would never book a room with the Hilton ever again.
