Bordering marine theme park SeaWorld, SpringHill Suites features two food outlets, a Shamu themed outdoor pool and a hot tub. Its spacious suites include a luxurious bathroom with spa-inspired vanity....
Score from 397 reviews Excellent
Outdoor areas were amazing.
Living areas, especially bathroom needs updated. The moldings were rotting in bathroom. The corners in bathrooms have not been cleaned.
It was a beautiful place to stay, my family and I loved it! The staff was wonderful as well. We will definitely be returning again!
The spa tub was amazing. We probably spent too much time in there. Skip at the bar made us feel so welcome. He gave excellent service.
I didn't like being lied to about how much time the time share was really going to take. From the moment you sign in until they finally let you sign out...the whole ideal took THREE hours. Thank goodness the theme park tickets were not date specific. Then there was the issue with giving a $20 deposit to make sure we showed up, but I don't think that's a normal practice. I did get my money back, so I guess that's all that counts.
Loved the comfort and space of the suite, including the screened-in patio. Plenty of room to stretch out. Appreciated having dinner & silverware available for our short stay, so we didn't have to purchase or haul. Convenient location to freeways.
Loved most of it but two of us had concerns about slipperiness of shower floors. And no hand grip for an older person to hold. Beyond that, all was good.
staff were friendly, location was great for disneyland, all in all not a great deal to complain about but....
when you get talked into attending a so called seminar with no pressure for discounts on tickets and it actually turns out to be a timeshare con run by hilton...not impressed with hilton, never have been. stayed here purely for location not becuase its a hilton. i feel hilton is extremely overrated, its just a name!
Avoid this hotel. - Very unpleasant situation. They try to sell vacations pakages and push very hard. They even called my room at 8AM ! This is not acceptable. - There is only one restautant at the Hotel wich has only Fast-food.
The facility and staff were amazing. Everyone was friendly. Everything was BEYOND clean and absolutely gorgeous. The pool with heaters and pool table, were a big hit with the kids. The piano, too.
I did not like the fact that we did not get quick queue unlimited and it was one ride, per person. Had to spend an additional $100 for that, each day. It also stated front of the line, and specifically stated in tickets, when printed, not good for front of the line. Hotel to get ahold of "marketing" and get back with me. Still unexpected costs.
I absolutely loved this resort.. The staff were very friendly, it was clean at all times, and it was very convenient.
Not having a hammock in the resort ...just an idea :)
The staff was horrible. They were not helpful about anything and very rude and condescending. Will NOT be staying here again!
room was very clean
signage and lighting in parking lot
spacious room full amenities staff very nice & helpful make you feel like home
Wifi Wifi Wifi !! cannot access at all from my room. sometimes on & off and very slow in other area of the resort. you need to improve this and Hilton will be a top-notch place to stay
Location, Delli, Pizza place and resturant.
Cab driver pretended there is no change for $100 to pocket a $60 change, but this has nothing to do with the hotel, however, they should make cab drivers aware not to play such tricks as it spoils the whole stay. Reference the black Ford SUV.
Main pool area terrific. Service from pool bar staff outstanding. Highly recommended.
Close to SeaWorld
Very good room, comfortable, clean, and cozy. The small kitchen is very handy. Staff is very attentive and welcoming.
All of it
Rooms were nice and spacious. Nice pools. Kitchen was clean and we'll equipped. Location is close to mall, restaurants, and local stores.
felt fairly safe.family atmosphere.
ice machine only on ground floor. pool too far from building, and only 1 working jacuzzi. very few luggage carts, could not locate one , had to haul our luggage up to 5th floor. only 1 elavator, way too slow and way too hot. could have stayed in a all in one place hotel for cheaper.
The free shuttle to Seaworld and Aquatica. The activities that the hotel offered during the day and evening. The staff that were working on the grounds were always, polite, cheerful, and willing to help. Having my bed made up for me daily.
The room keys become deactivated too easily. After checking in I was told that I needed to see someone about getting a parking pass. Instead of being issued a parking pass, I was talked to about how they could save me a lot of money and give me a bunch of discounts as long as I attended a 90 minute seminar. Then after this was discussed I was informed that I didn't qualify because my income was not high enough. Then that employee answered their personal cell phone, had a personal conversation in the middle of our conversation, and never gave me my parking pass. I spoke to someone else at the desk who could not help me due to my information being on the other employee's computer screen. After that employee's personal call ended I was able to get my parking pass. I found this to be very rude and a waste of my time after a long day of traveling. If your going to try and sell time shares to people, please ask what their income is upfront instead of wasting their time with a bunch of information that means nothing if their income doesn't qualify them. Also employee's should not be answering personal cell phone calls while they are working with customers.
The room was great Main pool area great for families Smaller pool, Good for some solitude. Food good when we ate there All staff spoke to you made you feel welcome. Good wifi
Bit of a trek to accommodation block but staff always asked if they could take us. Croc in lake made me a little jumpy but it is Florida. Time share calls from front desk when we had already said no a bit annoying .
Enjoyed hotel site and facilities.
Everywhere was spotlessly cleaned and maintained to very high standard. Room we had was newly renovated. Staff were very polite and helpful.
We didn't spend enough time at the hotel enjoying the facilities.
I really liked the spa tub and the pool.
Level of noise in rooms due to pipes and water passing throug.
main pool, quiet type pool, good food, excellent staff,
