Exellent service, quick check in procedure, good advice of reception on tourist info. You could have lots of fun just staying in the hotel example: at the pool, at the cinema , fitness , entertainment, whirlpool inside the room etc. We stayed in room 8113 . All rooms also have a muskieto nets on the balcony so you can enjoy outside wihout the bugs

We liked it all, we had so much fun, we loved hanging out at the small pool so peaceful.

The food could have been better, the sevice was a little slow.

Location to theme parks good. Bus for getting around area just outside facility. Staff very helpful in getting tickets etc! to theme parks

So called restaurant rubbish food not good. When we complained about the food we were told the kitchen wasn't ready. We had to use plastic knife and fork and a paper plate but no reduction in food price.

Pool area with lake, bar and restaurant was beautiful. Room/suite really spacious and nicely decorated.

Concierge queue was long. Rooms not cleaned properly during the day with bins not emptied. Disposable knives, forks, plates and cups used at restaurant apparently due to a broken dishwasher. Gym too warm.

The rooms were very roomy. Great location!

Everything was excellent. We had pleasant stay. Homy enviroment& spacious suite with all amenities you need. Strongly recommended

Nothing to say except they couldn't find lakeview suite for us which i requested 3 weeks in advance. Instead park view suite unfortunately.

well-appointed room - very clean and comfortable. Very safe property (well-lit, security personnel, etc.) Seemed to take care of all small details of my stay.

Thin walls - I could hear people using the bathroom next door. Also children used the pool (outside my deck) until 11:30 or later each night. I needed my ear plugs to sleep.

The staff was wonderful, and made sure that they facilitated all of our needs.

Nothing, can't wait to come back.

Difficulty with finding parking late at night; poorly informed services help (friendly, but lacked accurate information).

Very clean, spacious, EXTREMELY comfortable beds, central location.

Only stayed for 2 nights but suite was well equipped, clean and spacious. Very handy for the parks. Staff excellent and very friendly. Lots for all to do at the hotel if you want to just stay there and relax.

Overall an Excellent property and resort. Location is excellent, close to I Drive and Sea World. Apartments are large and very well equipped. Very clean and ours was obvioulsy newly renovated. It was very useful to have a washer/dryer in room. All the Staff were very helpful and friendly. Concierge can give you free Quick Queue tickets for Sea World saving you valuable time in lines at the Park. The resort facilities are great for families with large clean pools and loads of entertainment options. Fantastic place - highly recommend it. Felt at home and secure.

The Elevator in our block (Pagets House) kept getting stuck and "confused". Needs new elevators, or request a room on the ground or 1st floor, and not 5th or 6th floor!! External Walkways around the buildings could be cleaned more often as littered and dirty. We're not cleaned in the time we were there. Like many other reviews - housekeeping on one day had not come by 8pm by which time we were settling our young kids down for the night, so we had to turn them away. In fairness we were warned at check-in that housekeeping could be upto 10pm!!. I think more housekeeping staff are needed. 10pm housekeeping is not deemed acceptable to most people.

Its secluded. Employees are very accommodating. Pool was conveniently located. Concierge desk was nice to have to help out with information and getting places. Restaurant food was very good.

There could have been more food/drink options in the convenience store.

Loved the remodel of rooms, most comfortable bed I slept in. Able to cook meals, relaxing and very clean.

Excellent hotel n professional and friendly staff..

Rooms were really clean and comfortable and roomy enough. Kitchen was better than we expected. However, some items were missing like scissors and teabags. Washing machine and dryer were handy while travelling with children.

Cleaning was a bit late and trash was once left by the door overnight. We could hear the voices from the next room too easily.
