Everything was excellent. Thought it was a Hilton hotel with a pool, not a resort. Will be back
pool side was peaceful and at the same time a lot of fun activities to get involved in if you wanted to.
check out was a little to early another hour or 2 would be nice
The bed was a disappointment. The matress was worn. We flipped it ourselves.
Location, room service, facilities and environment all good.
The incessant hassle from reception staff trying to sell timeshare deals - just unbelievable.
The locations is great and staff is helpful. I will stay again in the future in this hotel.
The parking some time is busy and I have to park a little bit far of my building.
Pretty much everything Mall next door Disney tickets sold there nice rooms excellent beds
if your planning to venture out, you need a car to get to everythign else
The hotel was beautiful and so were the grounds. The staff was pleasant for the most part. The room was nice. The maid service always cleaned the room nicely.
I had to sit through a sell me a condo deal to get reduced ticket prices. That's fine but they promise 1 to 1.5 hours 2 hours later and still telling them no we finally got out there. I was sent over to a new hotel to get tickets because computers were down. fine. the guy at the new hotel was rude and inconsiderate. when I told the staff at our hotel I had 3 people staring at me mouth open with nothing to say. no apology nothing. Watch your towels I found a few with hairs in them grosss. At the end of the trip my bill was wrong. I had added a day that was charged at a higher rate. well they charged the entire vacation at that rate.when I questioned them they said they would have to get back to me because their third party booker didn't work on the weekends. my credit card has already been charged. no manager no one in the entire hotel could seem to lower my bill even though I showed them my booking.com receipt. well guess I wont be staying there again. so much for customer service from Hilton
- great pool areas - screened porch nice feature - secure, gated resort - walk to Premium Outlets next door
- traffic noise from highway - poor quality lighting in unit - old (noisy) dishwasher in unit
As I didn't have a rental car the location was on 2 bus routes the No 8 and the I Trolley which meant everywhere was easy to get to and the bus stop was just outside the main gate. I loved the fact that the resort backed on to the Premium Outlet Mall on Vineland. All the staff were very friendly and helpful. i preferred the quiet pool but was pestered by the flies. I can't wait to go back again and will definitely encourage family & friends to come along.
There was no kettle in the room for tea making and the tv could do with better channels for teenagers.
Internet is not stable, sometime no net.
The price, cleanliness and friendly staff.
Incredible staff, excellent facilities, great value
Having to leave...
Great location, premium outlet mall on the doorstep, publix supermarket, Walgreens and outback restaurant across the road. I Trolly and Lynx transport stops at entrance to hotel. We stayed in a 1 bedroom suite with balcony which was very spacious, the double sofa bed was very comfortable, we were in building number 7 on the third floor overlooking the lake which was quiet and perfect for the outlet. Swimming pool was beautiful with plenty of towels provided, iced water also provided at poolside bar
Air conditioning was quite noisy especially if you were sleeping in the lounge on the sofa bed
The room was huge ! The staff very friendly
Lower level rooms can be slightly darker so try and ask for a room on a higher level 5-7
We stayed here for 9 nights for part of our honeymoon vacation. Shuttle service to theme parks were fantastic (very friendly drivers), nearby supermarket very useful, premium outlets almost connected to the hotel resort, room cleaned everyday (apart from 1 day when the bin was not emptied), we did not use pool area but looked good for kids, starbucks onsite for coffee every morning.
Although there were outlets, supermarket and mcdonalds nearby, the hotel was a little disconnected from the rest of I Drive. While the I trolley is good for short distances, journeys from the hotel to the main I-Drive thoroughfare were almost 40 minutes. Staff were not that pleasant, despite the fact that we were on honeymoon. We waited almost 50 minutes one evening to book a shuttle for the next day as the conceierge was assisting a family with their park tickets purchase. It might be a good idea to assign a member of staff to shuttle ticket sales in order to provide an efficient service. We went down to the pool bar about 10.30pm one night for some food and drinks and while the barman was happy to take our order (and money), we were forced to eat really quickly as the bar shut and everyone was asked to leave at 11pm sharp. We were not made aware of this when we ordered so needless to say it was not a very pleasant dining experience. Overall the staff in reception or at the bar were not very pleasant. Staff at front of house were nice though.
The location is excellent, close to Disney and shopping with acess via a gate to a smashing shopping outlet. The bedrooms have wonderful comfy beds and the place looks clean and cared for.
As owners no recognition for years of support, staff unable to grant requests like heigh floor and location of apartment. Some basic requirements like kettle to make a cup of tea no longer available without explanation.
I love the pool and the service and the room was very
there was nothing I did not like
The location is fantastic particularly if you're looking to shop at the premium outlets
The hotel lacked adequate recreational facilities compared to equally priced hotels. There was very little for children to do within the hotel.
Great location and property all around. Staff were wonderful
Not much to dislike
Furniture a little dated
The whole environment was great...apartment was spacious...kids loved the pool...premium outlet was a plus
No free shuttle to theme parks
Friendly, fast staff.
Bathroom could have been cleaner. The shower was worn and dirty and it made me uncomfotable.
If your intention is to shop at the outlet mall, this is a perfect place to stay! The Mary Queen of the Universe church is next to the mall so you won't have to miss your Sunday mass too even on your vacation! We loved our stay at the HGVS. The jogging/walking path along the lake inside the resort was really nice (about half mile)! The fountains were all day, all night. We also attended the timeshare presentation and it was pleasant and no pressure at all - they offered fabulous snacks! Had it been another time, we would have purchased the timeshare! We love timeshare ownership. We already have 3. Next time we consider another one, we will definitely go for Hilton Vacation Club!
Hmmm.... the only thing is the fees for the kids activities ... almost all of them have fees but hey, if the kids are going to Universal and Disney, you can tell them to hold off their horses and wait to play and enjoy at the parks! The swimming pools are fun enough for the kids!
How well kept everything was. Everyone was nice and attentive.
I actually have nothing negative to say. It was a first class experience the whole time.
