Location, location, location. The size of the room was excellent. The kids had lots of choices for pools to use.

Your constantly being nickled and dimed for extras. Most of the extras are way overpriced.

Hilton village was a great place to make base while in Waikiki with enough space and facilities you don't really even need to leave the local area of the resort. We stayed in the Al''li tower which I would highly recommend to those looking for a few extras such as your own pool area and gym etc. Beaches in this area of Waikiki are a lot wider than Waikiki beach itself and offer more room to spread out without being on top of other travelers. Would defiantly would consider staying here again next time.

Not the cheapest place to stay but all in all not bad value for money.

Rainbow Tower rooms were spacious and comfortable and the views superb.

The hotel was too busy with long waits at reception and at some restaurants.

The room was disappointing. Nothing special about it comparing the amount we paid.

Reasonable rates for the amenities, location, entertainment and restaurants. We loved the pools, beach and the lagoon.

Food is pricey but there's always the ABC Store and other restos nearby.

    Location, facilities, relaxed atmosphere

We booked a disability room with a level entry shower and emailed a few weeks out to make sure they got it right. Unfortunately upon our arrival we got a disability room with a shower over a bath....not what we asked for and completely useless to a paraplegic. We did complain and the next day we got moved to a suite with all the required facilities. Major upgrade and didn't cost us anymore. We were more than satisfied with the way the problem was handled. Mistakes do happen...it is how they are dealt with that makes the difference. 10/10 to the Waiheke Hilton

The resort is absolutely beautiful! There are tons of pools and activities for the whole family. We loved the smoothie shack right outside of our tower, and had a blast exploring the different pools, beach, and lagoon.

Food on property is very expensive. It seemed like we couldn't get a decent meal for a decent price. No options for room service. Anything extra was also very expensive, for example, it was over $40 to rent a paddle boat in the lagoon for just one hour! Some staff was helpful, but most seemed really annoyed to be bothered with questions.

There are endless things to do at the Hilton, as there are several pools to choose from and loads of shops. The room was comfortable and clean, as was the bathroom. We think this resort is great for families, but not so much if you're travelling as a couple as there are a lot of children running around everywhere.

The lagoon pool was a little dirty, as there was fish poop floating around in it and also what appeared to be human feces. While the other pools were great, we were disappointed there was no where just for adults to relax - this meant every time we wanted to swim we were splashed and kicked by kids in the pool, which was not very relaxing! The location is a short walk from where the main Waikiki action is, but that didn't really matter considering the resort was its own village.

Location of the hotel, on site shopping center, landscaping.

Valet parking damaged the rental car i was renting, they took a claim but never followed through with the claim. We were never compensated for valet parking and we know for a fact that they damaged the rear bumper. There was a price for EVERYTHING at the hotel. staff was not that friendly more like neutral for the price we paid to stay there they should be super friendly. Never had room service come to clean the room or give new towels. I had to call the front desk to request it. Too many tourist and kids at this hotel. Couples on vacation should stay away from this hotel. Very loud and noisy.

It was a great place to stay for a young couple like ourselves who had to save money while visiting family in Oahu. The staff and local people we met were very accommodating and friendly. We cannot wait to return!

The construction near the Diamond Head Tower that started early in the morning was a little noisy (It started around 8 am, I believe). But overall, we would definitely return to stay.
