Local staff close to beach beautiful grounds,
Not enoughf shade Ali'i pool deck , awfull breakfast in tropics , way over priced for the quality wifi intermittent
Beautiful location on the 17 floor facing the ocean with a view of the Diamond head.Room was very comfortable.Excellent service. Great breakfast buffet. Very convenient taxi service to the airport. Very nice beach and great locations for shopping and eating out. Area felt very secure.Loved it there. The staff was very helpful and friendly.
Can't think of any negatives.
Great shopping and he weather was perfect.
Don't be in a hurry for a meal in most places you have line up.
The view from our room was beautiful. Just looking at the ocean kept you relaxed. The staff are very helpful and friendly and courteous.
Long line up to check-in. We booked for Rainbow Tower Ocean Front Room since June, and when we arrived, the resort was fully booked for the first evening, so my kids had to stay in the Tapa Tower.
The prices for all amenities were high.
Loved all the resort facilities - choose of pools, restaurants, outdoor movie night, fireworks etc. Our bed was SUPER comfy.
Staff always willing to help, give little tidbits of info, help with needs, etc. Loved it! Beautiful, clean! Would definitely go back. Great location!
I liked the fact that it was organized as a resort with bars, restaurants and shops. It has a very nice beach, good location in Waikiki, short walk away from the main street and shops. Good wifi coverage.
If you expect things to be expensive then it's no surprise. $16 for an omelette, $35 for an entree for dinner, $10 for a cocktail and $15 for a delivery teriyaki chicken at the beach bar. Beach chair $19 and umbrella $25. Bathrooms were very dated.
This is a great place for those not renting a car. The property has everything right there. Staff are top notch and it is very clean. Beautiful gardens and fish ponds everywhere. Big lovely beach and nice lagoon. I generally don't like big commercial tourist destinations but I found myself really enjoying my stay here.
It has small pools considering the massive hotel towers. The pool decks are crowded and fill up quickly. Hawaii in general is over priced, and very commercial, but it is lovely and close.
everything you want right in the village, only 10 min walk to Waikiki shops. Palm trees, pools and free Friday night fireworks and show all excellent!

All the amenities
The room was too hot and the air would not cool the room
Great hotel for families with kids. Great beach!
Probably better suited hotels available for a young couple
Friendly staff and great location.
No service at all. They gave us a very creepy room close to the construction site at the first place. It wasn't what we expected. Then after we complained they manage to change it for us. But I can say for a five stars resort, the service is really bad
Closed to the beach, have all the facilities and the room was big, great view.
No late night room service.
I came with my family tired from a previous stay in a poor hotel. And i asked go a big room. They gave me a room with three beds and a sofa bed. We had the best stay.
No room service
Expensive for what was billed as 4 star. No mini bar, no room service, minimal ocean views (as requested) very noisy (quiet requested) particularly near the service entrance with trucks, bottles etc day and night. Long waits for restaurants, no food after 10pm. Very disappointing all round. Compouned by both of us getting food poisoning from the hotel and being very ill for several days
Too many people, room always dusty, too commercialised, long wait for lifts
This was a beautiful property! Lovely location and beach! Loved it, next time we plan to stay longer.
Location Fireworks Weather
Too large a property
Yoga classes at 6:30 before sunrise made it possible to exercise before the conference sessions began. The fitness room and variety of swimming pools supported my need for exercise. The restaurant with live entertainment was also excellent
We paid for a ocean room view without realizing that every evening an outdoor Luau was extremely loud. From six in the evening inward, we could not enjoy the balcony or even keep the window open a bit for the pleasant pacific air for the drums etc. We tried to write our presentations or even talking to each other was not possibly unless the window was closed. I suppose any other tower would have been quieter.
when checking-out, the front desk service is not a good as service when checking-in
Good location and there is a lot to do on the property. Within walking distance of shopping/dining.
For what you pay for two chairs and an umbrella on the beach they should offer more, like waitresses to bring food and drinks.
The location and view were spectacular.
DO NOT STAY HERE!!!!! This hotel operates under the Hilton flag without the Hilton standards. No room service - really? Upon checking we were told we were downgraded to a non-view room for one night then we would be given the room with a view. First why didn't the offer us an upgrade, they were the ones who couldn't honor the reservation we'd made 8 months prior. We wondered what was the problem, they were not acting like a Hilton then a member of the staff told us that they had been acquired by another corporation, Blackstone and that they kept the brand of Hilton but we're not. This to me is false advertising. The customer thinks they are staying at a Hilton with Hilton standards but no. Seems the new corp wanted to cut costs, like room service, at the expense of their customers. Terrible experience!!!!
