Score from 455 reviews Good
Pristine environment, location to Waikiki and Ala Moana shopping centre, Room cleanliness, location from airport, friendly and helpful staff, swimming pools and Tropicana restaurant.
Having to pay extra for parking (should be included). Road works made it difficult to get out of the car park (no one seemed to make any effort to control traffic at lights causing complete blockage (very unhappy!!!!)
room was comfortable, relatively quiet, clean; this would be a good location for a family with younger children, or young couples; would not recommend to seasoned travelers
check in was a zoo, there are so many people coming in and out and no one to direct people where to go; the construction made it more problematic, I am sure; would be nice with all the pools if one was adult only? lots of screaming young children trying to get their parents' attention; thankfully we only stayed one night
The room was spacious & clean.
Too big, too expensive.
We could not fault the resort. We stayed in the Alii tower over looking the beach. Anything we needed the request was actioned promptly. Lots going on around the resort to watch.
They do not supply wine glasses in room.
Hotel was beachfront.
Location, location, location. The size of the room was excellent. The kids had lots of choices for pools to use.
Your constantly being nickled and dimed for extras. Most of the extras are way overpriced.
No laundry room
The location on the shore, the nice beach, the food at the TROPICS.
Private lagoon View
ThAt we had to pay for lounge chairs in the lagoon Should be complimentary for guests That we are not allowed to eat in tropics bar with our bathing suit top It's beachside!!!!
Great facilities, lots to do.
Location from main shopping strip.
Ease of getting to different places withinthevillage
How staff member want to push us to go to get the deal to buy Hilton honours program
Location, beach large and beautiful, bars
Very very very expensive. Everyone needed tip for everything. This is irritating.
The firework display on Friday night.
Our room was awful, the hotel was big and hard to navigate. They closed the main pool down at 5.30pm on Friday. Just locating our room was hard. Staff too busy to assist us. It was like holidaying in an overly big, noisy zoo, with poor signage.
Everything! Especially the view of the ocean from the room in the Rainbow Tower and all the shops and restaurants onsite.
It was not cheap!
Views Beach and pools Luau
Hilton village was a great place to make base while in Waikiki with enough space and facilities you don't really even need to leave the local area of the resort. We stayed in the Al''li tower which I would highly recommend to those looking for a few extras such as your own pool area and gym etc. Beaches in this area of Waikiki are a lot wider than Waikiki beach itself and offer more room to spread out without being on top of other travelers. Would defiantly would consider staying here again next time.
Not the cheapest place to stay but all in all not bad value for money.
Rainbow Tower rooms were spacious and comfortable and the views superb.
The hotel was too busy with long waits at reception and at some restaurants.
Resort restaurants and bars, beach and help desks
The room was disappointing. Nothing special about it comparing the amount we paid.
Great family spot -very functional
Not enough quiet spaces to chill out
We had a great stay everyone was very helpful. There was a hospitality room available for people who had late flights. Showers are available in a normal room and there was no charge for the facility. Much appreciated when one has spent the day in the sun and has a 9 hour flight home.
Nothing it was all good
really good rooms and facilities loved the DVDS
breakfast is over priced and nothing special. However, we found the most wonderful break fast place around the corner Goofy Cafe & Dine 1831 Ala Moana Blvd Ste 201 Honolulu, HI 96815 United States Waikiki
full facilities with lagoon, beach side, swimming pools, restaurants...
a bit crowd in the high season
Reasonable rates for the amenities, location, entertainment and restaurants. We loved the pools, beach and the lagoon.
Food is pricey but there's always the ABC Store and other restos nearby.
great location amazing pools
too many people not greatly relaxing expensive extras staff are too far away from rooms meaning bell desk and room service facilities take a very long time
