No starbuck coffee inside

The stuff was nice and the room was good for us.

The cup for the coffee was dirty. A man tried to open our room several times and also knocking to our door telling us to open the door. We called the lobby and they sent a security person but he didn't find anybody, they took some time to arrive, so the man was already gone after we screamed to him several times. The thing was next day nobody knew anything, nobody apologized to us. It was really scary and I could not sleep at all until 3:30 am or so, because I was afraid of the man to open the door. I also put the chair and suitcases towards the door. Because the lack of sleep I was so tired for my trip back to San Francisco, I had to drive almost 8 hours and I was so tired that I was afraid to have an accident. I arrived so tired that I could not get up early for work and I had to ask to please let me arrive late. That is not good for me and of course I lost part of my income for that day. We are not very happy about our stay in there because this incident.

Great location right across from the Airport (Orange County). In fact if you wanted to return your rental car the night before you could even walk back to the hotel (or use their shuttle). The hotel in general and the room specifically was clean and quiet with secure parking. The pool (outdoor) was fairly large, great for those looking to do a few laps. There was a restaurant and bar on sight but there were also a couple of good restaurants a block down, within walking distance.

Overnight parking at $18 seemed a bit steep.

They charge alot of money for the using of business center alot of charges came to my cridet cards for no need

I was not expecting much, given the location. But this is a great place, large rooms, good food, great value.

hotel was very nice as were the staff. Stayed up the coast 20/30 min in the past at a much lesser place for nearly the same fee.

Price for parking.

Very Friendly staff and very clean. Beds were like at home. Thanks Hilton for making our stay wonderful.

The hotel is close to the University of California and close to the airport.

We didn't get to the Hotel until 11:00 pm and caught a shuttle to the airport at 5:00am, so obviously the convenience of being close to the airport and the shuttle service were the biggest amenities.

the beds were so comfortable, and the room felt luxurious! Attention to detail made it a wonderful experience.

We had to leave early in the morning, and we had to go looking for someone to help us. However, everyone was friendly and helpful

The staff was very accomodating!

The Staff used for parking I believe they were Towne Parking were rude and alittle abrasive. On a returned trip to hotel I was stopped by a parking staff member by the name of Chris and questioned on why I was entering the hotel and requested to show proof that I was a guest. I was verry offended and frightened by his tone had it not been for my fiance' I may have started crying! The manager on duty was alerted of his occurence.

The staff, including the shuttle driver. Everyone was attentive, helpful, and courteous. And, of course, it was very close to John Wayne Airport. Also, the pool was a plus.

There was no exhaust fan in the bathroom, and no refrigerator in the room. As with almost any hotel, there were not enough towels. I like a change of pillow cases each day, but not necessarily a change of sheets. I would also be willing to reuse towels; however, they don't seem to dry very well before I need to use them again. Therefore, replacing used towels mid-day would be a big plus for me, and a reason to book at the same hotel in the future. Another reason to stay at the same hotel twice would be room service that delivers hot food that is not cold. And, finally,three dollars for a small bottle of water? That seems like highway robbery.

The location near the airport, the shuttle service, and the price were positive reasons for choosing this hotel.

We didn't like the fact that we could hear voices in another room most of the night.

There were no cotton swab´s and how far it was from the beach but guess that comes with being so close to the airport. So nothing really I did not like.
