We celebrated a wedding anniversary and we received champagne and macaroons with a nice note. What a wonderful gesture.
Nothing to add here
Proximity to Torrey Pines Golf Course. Friendly Staff. Good Swimming Pool
Blood stains on the sheets Wasteful room cleaning - the soap and towels were replaced every day, even though we followed the instructions on showing the staff how we didn't need new towels Had to pay for wireless internet - seriously? Had to pay for parking Design of the hotel is terrible - had to use 2 elevators to get from the garage to our hallway Room Service came at 8am and because we weren't up yet, they slipped a note under the door saying we would have to arrange for the room to be cleaned if we wanted it
Location, pool , view
Stuff is not really friendly , some room need remodeling, they old
Dirty outdoor area, uncomfortable bed.
Pay for internet
The Staff at the desk was not very kind at all when we checked out.
The location & views were great.
There were no bathrobes or slippers in the rooms, something I would expect of a 4-Star hotel. The bathroom in the La Jolla Suite was located beside the front door and there was no welcoming fruit basket in the Suite.
the terrace n the view
we didn't get check in until 4:30p on a sunday! front desk girl wasn't very helpful and not friendly at all!! Smile for God sake! there was indian wedding goin on, n their ceremony/microphone so loud, we can hear them inside our room, we were there for an R&R, but it was terrible. at night ,we can hear upstairs people and in the morning, people so noisy on the hallway, woke us up! Parking fee of $25 is ridiculous!
It had a nice view of the ocean from the lobby
We did not like that you had to drive to the beach.
Personal arrogant and not client oriented. Poor cleaning standards. This is not a good choice for a young family.
The location for our college visit was ideal. The staff recommended a walk to the preserve. Turned out to be one of the most beautiful we have ever taken!
The view and the staff were helpful
Everything very dated, the room was very noisy, the doors to our patio didn't work (this didn't stop both an elderly gentlemen and a couple of children trying to pull the door open in the morning) the price
We went to San Diego for the Pacific Classic at Del Mar. We waited until the last minute to book a room. I didn't think we would find anything for less than $300 a night in the nearby vicinity, and certainly nothing as nice as this hotel. So it was a nice surprise to find this beautiful spot.
We were in La Jolla to golf for the weekend at Torrey Pines. Hotel was right next door and convenient to downtown area (10-15 minute drive)
Price was high for what you actually get but that's the price you pay for convenience.
The hotel was very clean and the staff were awesome.
The $25 per day for parking seems unnecessary. It would make more sense to add it to the nightly rate. The bed was also very uncomfortable.
The beautiful golf course setting. Quite something.
The helicopters and fighter jets flying over.
They give me a free parking but did not tell me. After i asked i got the information but i wanted the breakfast included. They promised to call me back, nothing happened.
Food and the hospitality!
I loved the fact that we had the best view and it was so close to the beach. Nicest and classiest hotel we have ever stayed in.
Loved the Terrace & pool
Only option is the one restaurant you have with limited menu. Can't remember the name of it.
The setting Torrey Pines, the staff, the rooms nice and big.
Overcharged for water, price of food, we had bed bugs...yikes.
Walk next door to the lodge they were unprepared for us felt unwelcomed we're having a couple massage at 800 were there at 0730 as told ,she was not ready to open and gave us an attitude
