The lobby and the pool.
The restaurant was WAY over priced for pub food, breakfast price was absurd,room smelled like smoke even though it was a non-smoking room and the toilet plugged and had to call maintainence.

Proximity to airport. Shuttle conection to metro line let us use extra few hours bettween flights to visit downtown Boston.
Our room, on executive floor, was adverised as comming with free breakfast. This breakfast though offeres paifully limited choice: mainly hard cooked egs and tired bagels. Turn out that for greater variety (served downstairs ) we need to pay. Misleading should be unacceptable at Hilton level service.

not many food choices on the outside of security in the concourses, so almost had to eat in hotel restauraunts.

Excellent location, well appointed hotel with excellent lobby restaurant with really good food. Five minute walk to check in and very friendly check-in service.
Arrived late and didn't discover the toilet had backed up until 1am (yes...yuck!). We had a five thirty flight in the morning after already traveling since 5 am the previous morning. We called maintence who showed up rather quickly and did fix the problem. By that time there was no possiblity of getting a night's sleep. At check out we raised our concerns and requested a discount on the rate of the room given the inconvenience. I was basically told that we should have been satisfied that mainence showed up and fixed the problem and we should be satisfied. After some complaining we received a 10% discount. Unfortunately we losted more than 10% of our sleep and did not feel we received an apology. The check out service was less than friendly.

Free Wifi is advertised but on arrival it is only available for free in the lobby! The restaurant food which is quite expensive was very average and I was not impressed. The hairdryer in the bathroom did not work.
This hotel is all about location. You can walk to your gate without going outside. And if you're coming back from Mexico and it's below freezing....

THE FACT THAT THE POOL CLOSED AT 10PM
This Hilton has perhaps THE BEST staff I have EVER has the pleasure of dealing with......From the moment I stepped out of car to give "Nick" the valet my key, to the reception, bellmen and (free shuttle) driver, I felt like royalty! They were very sweet andprofessional. The second trip in (within a week), Nick waved to me as I drove up! he recognized my car....haha...no complaints!!!!

My wi-fi connection worked only intermittently; it was maddening. If I hadn't been in a rush to catch a plane, I would have asked for my money back on the Wi-Fi charge. Also, I don't understand why some hotels still charge for that connection. It should come standard with the room.
If u need to wait for the flight or simply want the airport to be in a walkable distance, the place is for you.
Stuff is not friendly at all ( except the lady waitress during the breakfast) the room is not clean enough and especially bathroom.
Have to pay for wifi. Who doesn't give free wifi these days?

The logistics of the place were fantasic.
The starbucks was close when we really could have used it. There was old food in the fridge, including messy melted ice cream bars. Yuck. The rest of the place was very clean, I'm sure it was a simple over sight of one person.
