The room was clean

The description of what you were going to get as to what you got was incorrect. It said we would have an ocean view, and we did not. It said there was a mini fridge and there was not. It was supposed to have two chairs and it only had 1. It was a special day for us and I was disappointed we did not get what we were expecting. The housekeeper tried to open our door at 9 am and then called the room when we did not open the door...we were still sleeping.

The staff was great and very helpful. We completely loved our experience at the hilton long beach.

More of a business travelers hotel than a vacation hotel. Expected more from room. Did not like the fact I had to pay for parking at $20 per day when I got a room at hotel, plus no free wifi, to many pay for services that other hotels offer free for staying

Jacuzzi was not warm at all and we were really looking forward to that after a long day of walking

It is a really good value of money to stay at a hotel with world-class branding for such an affordable price. The room is perfectly clean and the bed is comfy. Power outlets are conveniently located at desk level. The hotel's location is also good as it is right at downtown and beside the World Trade Center of Long Beach. The hotel also has a dedicated parking garage and we could get to the lobby directly. The staff also provided good service - we left something in the room after check-out, and the staff gladly lets us to get back our stuffs afterwards. No questions asked. On the other hand, we enjoyed the lemon water in the lobby.

The hotel is charging unreasonably high price for WiFi access. The parking garage was almost full when we got there, so we spent some time in finding a space. There was also some confusion over its pricing and whether we could park before check-in. Parking seems overpriced. Finally, we decided to stay at Hilton because we could earn HHonors points and mileage from our frequent flyer programs, but as of the time of this review, the stay was still not linked to my HHonors account. I emailed to a staff before the stay (the contact was provided by booking.com) and still haven't received a reply yet.

The room service was nice.

I thought that the front desk was less then accomidating. They seemed almost inconvienced by our check in. Although our breakfast waiter was really sweet and convinced us to go with the buffett, the eggs and potatoes were chilly. I was pretty surprised considering the Hilton name is attached to the hotel.

Beautiful hotel, comfotable rooms.

Front desk staff was rude, not helpful. I was charged the wrong amount and they acted like it was my fault. This was the hotel manager. My friend and I checked in separately for the same event. Her paking fees were waived and she was given free internet access. I asked about this politley and was told no, nothing was complimentary.

Nearly nothing. Maybe, to be honest, They assigned me a room in the ninth floor and my friends in twelveth floor which is better, and I felt this was because my booking was through booking.com. My friends reservation was through Hilton site directly. My room was narrower than theirs.

Beautiful facility and huge room...

I normally book the Hilton hotels directly through their website. I am an Hilton Honors Diamond and have stayed at countless properties. On their website the best rate I could get was $214 plus tax. As a Perpetual Traveler, I need to be wise with the rate I pay...I Even called them direct to see if that was the best rate I could get, and they said, yes. On Booking.Com I was able to save $50.00 on the nights stay. I applaud your website for this, and I have used it on travels to Europe recently. Thank you

Grande chambre, lit confortable.

Le parking payant. Il a fallu réclamer 4 fois le lit bébé le premier jour (nous sommes arrivés à 13h, pour qu'ils viennent nous finalement l'installer dans la chambre à 8h du soir.). Nous avions réservé une chambre avec un lit king size et nous avons eu une chambre avec 2 grands lits mais trop petit pour dormir à 2 dedans... Rien autour de l'hôtel pour manger ou sortir. Grosse déception de la part d'un hilton.

O restaurante é ótimo. As acomodações são ótimas, mas todos os outros serviços são cobrados. Ótimo para quem vai a trabalho.

Tive que pedir secador de cabelo e estava faltando o ferro de passar roupa. Chamei alguém para destravar o cofre e não fui atendida.

部屋が広々した感じ。清潔。眺めが良く、気持ち良い。ショップのスタッフが感じ良かった。ロビーも広くゆっ- たりしている。

フロントデスクのスタッフがいい加減なのか、空港へ行く当日のリモを予約したが、まったく違う車が来ていた- 。 カバンを部屋へ運んでくれたスタッフも感じ悪く、扱いが乱暴だった。 レストランが少ない。朝食のバイキングでもスタッフがあまり感じ良くない。ダウンタウンまで少し離れている- ので食事するところが少ないのはつらい。

Publicidad engañosa dicen que tiene executive floor. Executive fllor debe tener lounge ciertas preferencias. No tiene absolutamente nada solo que son pisos altos. ES UN ENGAÑO. ME QUERIAN COBRAR UNA TARIFA MUCHO MAS COSTOSA QUE LA PACTADA EN EL MOMENTO DE LA RESERVA.

Muy buen hotel en relacion calidad precio.Las habitaciones estan muy bonitas y con una vista preciosa.La calidad del desayuno incluido continental es buenisima y lo mejor del hotel es su personal.

Some staff at the reception were rude.

Staff were extremely attentive and helpful. Particularly liked the shuttle which can run you about town and pick you up as long as it's before 9pm. Very convenient and means you don't have to rely on taxis.

It's not right in town and I'm not sure how comfortable I would feel about walking to town at night, but there is always the shuttle and taxis.

Great location and room service was great!

Noticed charges on final bill for two nights of self parking, which I never used because I did not have a car there. Spoke to the front desk staff twice, two different people and was told the charges would be removed but they were not and the money was removed from my account. Be careful check your final bills carefully!!!

I thought I was getting a 'sea view' according Booking.Com but the Hilton staff it doesn't exist. They said to talk to Booking.Com about it. I still have the printed "sea-view' page.
