close to airport rooms smells from smoke i stayed at the business floor paid extra and it was very noisy at 2.00am couldnt sleep because of the noise

Very comfortable beds, staff very helpful.Close to airport and short shuttle from various areas I.e. Manhatton beach. Great when you are only having short stay. Nothing not to like.

Convenient hotel close to the airport. The lounge on the 16th floor is small and a bit messy and the rental car office was closed on Sunday.

Nice, comfortable with good amenities and views. Close to the airport with a free shuttle that runs evey 15 minutes. Very convenient for my early flight out in the morning. Price of the stay itself was reasonable but the charges for incidentals was outrageous. $36 to park for a couple of hours, $28 for <30minutes on the internet (in business center) to print 7 ot 8 pages. I

Ease to and from airport Only one suitcase stand. This is common in most hotels. If two people are sharing the room, they usually have two travel bags!

The incredible service and the executive lounge was a nice touch. In addition the staff at the front desk were very accommodating and offered assistance when I needed a document scanned! Truly going above and beyond. The shuttle service was a bit slow on one occasion.

The staff was great Dont order anything from room service. It was ridiculous how chicken wings a a pizza cost over $80 dollars. Total rip off. I love room service and there for the reason I will not be back at this hotel.

We were able to check in a few hours early without problem, and the room was comfortable, clean, and nicely furnished. The bed was fantastic. Airport shuttle came in a timely fashion (which was great given our 6 a.m. departure time). There are probably better values for the money, but the convenience was worth it. A refrigerator in the room would have been nice, and (not surprisingly) the food available through the lobby store was hugely overpriced.

Liked the Concierge lounge. Liked close to airport. Clean up was not fast enough in the Concierge Lounge for the traffic using it. Only cookies were provided for dessert. The room was too small for a suite. Bathroom way too small, only one sink. We were in #1712 Wine at bar on first floor was awful,old, both red and white.
