staff were very friendly and helpful

for the price you would think you would have a microwave and refrig in the room. the wood front of the sink fell off. No free wi-fi come on..

The View was amazing, bed was amazingly COMFORTABLE, and the room was spacious ...Lots of parking available and most of all the staff were very Friendly!

The hotel lobby felt very European. I love the location. The staff we encountered was very helpful and friendly.

There was a mildew smell in the hall way on our floor, I think it was the carpet. It was very unpleasant. We also had the same smell in our shower, I think it was the shower curtain.

Misleading intro as hotel in not minutes from downtown, over half an hour due to heavy traffic in area. Expensive to downtown hotels and situated in the middle of freeway

The room was very comfortable and very well kept. Good gym in the hotel. Plenty of parking, which was free. Except for distance from city of Memphis and sites, convenient.

We called the front desk (and other numbers) and couldn't get an answer for about 15 minutes. This is not a good location for someone who wants to spend a couple of days visiting the Memphis sites: location is far from the city.

The hotel staff was very helpful when our booking didn't show up after making the online reservation. The rooms are lovely and extremely comfortable.

The ice machines are on every other floor so it wasn't super convenient to get ice. It sounded like our room was right under the laundry room - a bit noisy. The bar at the front of the hotel could use someone who has bartender training. My martini with a twist showed up in a low ball glass and no 'twist' to be found.

The room was very comfortable and I had a great view

My room wasnt ready when I got there,and I had to wait almost an hour to check in and it still wasnt ready,I didnt get my romance package that I requested to have and I didn't get the room I requested either and I was very upset with that and I was over charged for something I didnt get on my credit card,I was charged 132.00 dollars instead of the 114.00 dollars that was on my receipt

This is a nice hotel except for the fact that on the website, Hilton Memphis states that it is only minutes from Beale St etc, but in fact it is 25 mins away from the centre of town with only cabs to get into town or the public bus which is fine but if I had known that the hotel was so far away from town I would have either stayed somewhere closer or booked a car for my time there

The staff was very helpful,they took care of all my needs while I was there . It is a very clean ,neat place to stay .I will be staying their when I go back to Memphis.

I have no complains about my stay at the Hilton,it is a wonderful place.
