The room was somewhat clean. I was really concerned since we had our daughter with us. Most of the fixtures were dusty and hadn't been cleaned. Most of the toiletries in the bathroom were already opened from previous guests.
Not one thing.
The location was great and the rooms were clean and the beds slept good. The staff was very nice and helpful
View when you are in your room
TV had glitch and they sent someone right up to fix it.
Staff was lovely. Room service food was good. Breakfast good. Facility nice.
The staff was very friendly and accommodating. I felt like they were old friends or family.
I lived the architecture and the atmosphere. I definitely will come to the Hilton when in Memphis.
We really liked how nice the workout facility was! Weirdly enough we came for leisure but being in shape must continue. We enjoy working out and had an awesome time working out together.
The rooms had no microwaves and my tv didn't work good the whole weekend
Nice staff and quit a pluss
Very friendly staff

You can hear everything in the rooms above you and next door. Very noisy visit. I came for quietness but couldn't get that I shortened my stay.
I love the beautiful and elegance of the hotel and rooms.
Maybe I had high expectations because it was the Hilton but the bathrooms were not very clean and the hotel put $400 of additional charges on my credit card and I'm still trying to sort that out. I also had trouble accessing wifi and there card machine was down for a day so I was forced to have staff take me to my room and swipe me in, it was a security hazard because at times they wouldn't even ask me to verify my identity.
The staff were nice. Nice lobby. Rooms were a good size.
Stayed in room 2510 for 2 nights, guest above me were very noises. Contacted front desk, was advised that security would handle. Not sure if this was ever done. Also ceiling tiles missing directly above window. Additionally, bathroom door needs to be painted correctly and hinges, instead of being painted the same color of door needs to be replaced with new hinges(not painted) looks tacky.
The room view
They should have had a microwave and refrigerator in each room
The needs were extremely comfortable.
We stayed in a deluxe, king size room it was worth the money. Only stayed for one night but it was just like being at home. The bed was so comfortable and the view was nice! The staff was so friendly and hands on. Will definitely stay again when we come back to Memphis.
A little slow in cleaning our room. I thought it was done pretty late in the day. We got back from lunch and the room was still not cleaned.
Staff was very helpful and friendly. Nice people to be around.
I checked in and got our room keys then went back out to the car to bring in our 2 small adult dogs. Upon reentering the lobby, a staff member came running across the lobby saying "you didn't tell us you had pets!" I said yes I did! When I made the reservation, I typed it in to the special request section! We were originally given a room on the 22bd floor, which I was looking forward to, but then was moved to, what we called the dungeon! (The floor was below the lobby level). This was the first time we have traveled with our pets so I will claim ignorance that I didn't know that I had to tell the person that checked us in. It had already been an emotional day, Then I noticed a layer of dust on the nightstand! I called the desk and asked when the last time the room had been cleaned, I was informed that morning which could not have been true. I also had put a white towel down on the bathroom floor and when I picked up the towel there was dirt where I had my feet. Also, we heard a loud boom about every hour or so. We assumed this was the heat/ac unit going on and off. However, the AC on our room wouldn't work!
our bed was comfortable.
Friendly, efficient staff and one of the more comfortable rooms I have had in a while. I travel a lot for business, and this was the easiest I have slept in several trips!
It would have been very helpful if it was 24 hour shuttle service to the airport, or even if it started an hour earlier, but that is just very specific to my situation. I can understand why that isn't an option.
The weather was absolutely awful and I had an early flight to catch the next day. For some reason, my order for a taxi had not gone through the night before, so at 5 am, the yellow cab company telling me I would have to wait 2 hours for a cab. My flight was at seven. A wonderful wonderful man named Jackie got on his cell phone, and I am not exaggerating, within three minutes had a cab outside for me. He was my hotel guardian angel :) He saved my trip!!
The walls of the rooms are SO THIN! I could literally hear every word that the people in the room next to me were saying. A friend on the phone actually asked who was with me! There was also a spot of mold on the ceiling above the shower. Probably because there was no ventilation in the bathroom, which seems like a weird choice for a newer property.
Check-in was speedy, desk staff gave me code to access the wifi for free, which was great.
Bathroom was small and wifi wasn't free.
The bed was very comfy. The view of the city.
No bad experiences!
The hotel staff were wonderful as they were very friendly and helpful. The hotel restaurant was marvelous, the food was delicious and the service was terrific!
THE BAR IS TO HIGH PRICED AND NOT AT ALL PRIVATE
