Hilton Miami Downtown    

Location was good. Bed comfortable, view was great.

Pool area was lacking. Looked worn down. Advertised bar next to pool but the bar was closed the entire time. No music or activities to keep people by the pool entertained. Hot water took forever to get because of being on the top floor of hotel. Towels were stained with what appeared to be make up.

The staff at the reception was very friendly and professional

I loved the location. I also found the mattress and pillows very comfortable.

The Bay view was not that great from our room which wrapped around the corner.

The room was superb with a free upgrade to a bay view.

The location is great! Close to tram, buses, gorcery store, restaurants and shopping. I would recommend it on location alone.

Very tired facility, needs a facelift in a big way. Staff were friendly and helpful when you could reach them...they don't answer the phone. An alarm and garbled message were broadcast lateone night in our rooms through a speaker and we thought something bad was happening but no one ever answered the front desk phone or told us what to do. Housekeeping was terrible. Knocking early, even if sign on the door, then never coming back so room is dirty when you return. Never replaced coffee or cream, sometimes didn't replace soap.

The room was like a fridge, and we cannot could not make it warm. The room was near outside electronic equipment so it was very noisy and we were unable to sleep. I will never stay here again and a full refund is appropriate I think

I did like the one staff member . Also the couch was very comfortable

Where to start .. Most of the staff was beyond rude. Didn't get to check in until 410. They told me they were 100% booked. The bathroom was gross. I will never stay or recommend!

The location is great, the hotel has a lot of services and a great restaurant.

The room was a bit dated, 80's popcorn ceilings, small bathroom w/small tub. $28 per day for Valet parking + tip. ($25 if you self park, but if you leave, you have to pay EVERY TIME you return,

To go out from the hotel its way too much walking and taking different elevators they should open a different path to the outside.

Close to downtown and the American Airlines center for a Miami Heat game. Easy access by car to anywhere. Publix supermarket nearby; nice views.

Not in a touristy area; parking options were confusing and expensive; tv was useless - have the channels didn't work and the ones that did work, half didn't have sound; really, really busy with weddings; wifi only in lobby.

Price of the room was expensive. A/C was noisy.

We stayed at the Hilton for one night prior to accessing our cruise. We had read some negative reviews on this location but have nothing but the utmost appreciation for the way we were treated. The hotel was clean, roomy and had a great view from the top floor (which you have to pay a little extra for). The staff was helpfull and friendly and the room and bed were second to none.The eating area was clean and the food priced within the correct range.

The only comment would be to add additional items to the menu. The choice was limited but the staff was very attentive.

Hilton standard don't go there

The location was perfect. The hotel has a concierge that is very helpfull and offers services like the airport shuttle. The hotel has a starbucks in the lobby.

The comfort of the hotel plus friendliness of staff and proximity to MetroMover made our night before our cruise a joy.

Was close to public transportation

Room smelled like cigar smoke very bad I was supposed to be in a non smoking room

I enjoyed the lounge, food and drinks were excellent. Valet service were superb, and staff was the same.

I did not like the charge for parking, Internet charge in the room when every hotel I have ever stayed in gives wifi free. I did not like that no refrigerator or microwave was in the room.

We stayed at the hotel 8.16 and 8.17.12 prior to leaving for a cruise on the 18th. After making the reservation online, I called a few weeks later to mention that my wife and I were celebrating our 25th anniversary. The young lady I spoke with at the Hilton said they would try to give me an upgrade with a bayside view. That was nice. The champagne was a very nice additional touch and was greatly appreciated. Sven, Ahmet and the young man that was our waiter (I'm sorry I cannot remember his name but he was from Morocco) on Friday the 17th were very professional, courteous and conversational. Great job by all!

Unfortunately, there was nothing to write home about!

Good location, friendly staff, room size ok.

Bathroom auxiliaries could be improved upon. A shaver was only available upon request. Ditto for other small items, which come in handy when your bagage is lost...Had expected more from a 'Hilton'...

Very noisy a/c It was much further from our venue than stated on the internet it says only 1.6 miles from Stadium but in fact it was miles away we had to pay $110 round trip for a taxi we obviously would have chosen a closer hotel if we had known.
