Room-service, comfortable bed, nice size room, great view of Wildlife Center, Pool Area with greenery and skylight, Lobby with plants and waterfall, Kind staff who know what they are doing.

Bathroom could use some update--very small tub, no hook for robe on back of door, marks on ceiling suggest there has been some water damage

I just discovered by looking at my bank statement for debit charges that I was not charged the quoted $79 for the room. We are staying there when we return from Antigua on 12/22 and will have to mention it when we check in.

I likes the shuttle to the mall. They gym and pool physilitys.

The room was shaped weird. There was no fridge! No microwave! And no breakfast. And 10 dollar for a very lousy continental breakfast! The extra 2 for the buffet. The Buffet was gross!! Eggs did not taste like eggs! The bacon was burnt, hash browns bland! Sausage was the only thing that was good! With the name of tr Hilton I was extreamly disappointed!

We came to spend one night before we flew out and the room was nice and clean, quiet, and comfortable. The shuttle service to the airport was great and the shuttle driver that picked us up a week later to bring us back to our car was the best ever! He drove us right to our car and was willing to put our luggage in for us if we wanted him to. Wonderful place to stay and fly from.

The rooms are spacious, and very clean.

We had children running the hallways and screaming and knocking on doors until 1:30am. Have no idea where their parents were?

It was clean, pools were great. The food was the best-we had breakfast there both nights. It was close to the mall, the parking was very great. They had two wedding when we got there and the music was loud so I thought as we were going up in the elevator that we would hear it in the room but no, we didn't even hear the airplanes. Very nice hotel.

The hot tub was way to hot, the pool was great. Saturday night around 1 a guy pounded on our door-scare me asking to come in. When I said who are you he ran away. My the time my husband open the door he was gone. On Monday morning at 8 the maid knock on our door asking if they can clean the room. I didn't put the sign out but we were checking out that day. So I didn't think we had to. I had a rough night because I'm a diabetes and I didn't get to sleep around 3 so I was so tired. My husband and I were sound asleep till she did that. Then we were up. When I check out paying cash they didn't have change it was only 65 cents which I said keep the change but I thought it was odd that they didn't have change.

I loved the walking trail just outside the door, the location of the facility, the pool and hot tub. Room was appropriately decorated, clean & comfortable.

would appreciate inclusive continental breakfast like so many other venues, even though there is a restaurant on property-prices a little high

I enjoyed staying there but they was shooting going on Saturday night. We were so scared to death. This is the second time that happened in the Hilton Hotel and it was very sucks to be there. I will never advice for family to stay there with their kids.

I like the Hilton propertys and have good luck with them.

Room needs to be referbished.

Nice clean, quiet room. They also had a box fan in the room, which I use for "white noise". Was great to have that.

Small outdated rooms very noisy thin walls not good.

Muitas. 1º funcionários da recepção mal-educados , unhas imundas, mal trajados. 2º Lixo ao lado da recepçâo transbordando . 3º Recipientes de água ( cortesia para o guest) vazios. 4º sujeira embaixo da cama de hóspedes anteriores. 5º e para finalizar, a comida do restaurante pessima.Puro óleo. Se precisarem de um chefe, eu cozinho melhor, Nunca mais me hospedaria neste motel de estrada.

Well the beds in the double room were very small and the pillows were flat not very comfortable and did not sleep well while I was there. Also the second night we were there 8 cops showed up and an ambulance. Called the front desk and just put it this way it was not good!

The hotel was a good value for its cost and very convenient to the airport.

I only spent a few hours in the hotel, virtually all of which was spent sleeping, so i had no contact with the hotel except for my room and the front desk and shuttle service. All of these services were very good.

Efficient for access to airport, and Hilton luxury as always! Heard no airport noise during the night, bonus!

MN cold weather, but that is part of travel.
