There was not free wifi and breakfast was not included. The "on the go" breakfast available for purchase in the lobby was incredibly expensive for what they offered.
Great location for attending a business conference at the Music City Center while being near nightlife and other Nashville attractions such as The Country Music Hall of Fame and Bridgestone Arena where we were able to catch a hockey game!
Close to everything. Helpful staff
The only negative is that it was $20 a night to park.
The Hilton was close to everything! We were in town for a concert and were able to walk everywhere we went. I would definately stay again.
High priced. Charged a different amount than what I booked on Booking.com. Hotel could not find my second room that was reserved; so upcharged me. Charged for parking, more if you want in/out privileges. No complimentary coffee. Coffee was terrible anyway. Breakfast was pricey. No pool.
Rooms were clean and comfortable. Beds were great. Safe in room worked easily. Close to all bars and shops.
Paid WiFi. How can hotels still justify charging for wiFi
Comfortable spacious room. Great location. Executive Club breakfast for members. Helpful staff
The staff is untrained in customer service. Horrible personalities!! Made me feel like I was trying to get my visit for free when I questioned the price of my bill. They over charged me and the wait staff did as well. Room service couldn't get our room correct and it took us calling back for them to figure out the order.
The location was perfect. Walking distance to everything Nashville!!!
None, everyone very accommodating and friendly
Suite room, location in downtown, facility
Location was amazing, the staff was nice and the hotel itself was very clean and classy.
The staff was nice and helpful in recommending places to dine. The room was clean and the bed was extremely comfortable.
Prime location So close to broadway you could hear the honky tonks
It was exceptionally close to all the downtown activities.
I can get free WiFi anywhere but Hilton wanted $10. a day for WiFi! Outrageous! And I'm a Honors member.
The room and hotel location was great.
Room and parking were very expensive compared to other Hotels with suites that I have used in the past. I frankly expected a bigger suite.
Short walking distance to the great attractions of the Broadway District. The staff were great and very personable.
WiFi was not included and for the price you pay on the executive level I would've thought it'd be included. I was also surprised that there were no perks being on the executive level. If there was, we were not informed.
Hotel is a absolutely beautiful. We stayed on the 10th floor facing Broadway and you couldn't hear anything. Rooms we wonderful and the beds were amazing and this is coming from someone with severe back problems. Walking to distance to everything on the strip.
1) Coffee machine in room was not working properly. 2) It was extremely noisy until 3:00am. 3). Military discount was not given
staff was very nice, great location
Construction work in hotels sucks. That's all I got to say about that
Do you know what nothing springs to mind.
The hotel is in a great location right next to all the Honky Tonk bars. the suites where very comfortable. love the executive bar, snacks and soft drinks free.
Happy hour food selection was limited and poor.
Concierge room was very disappointing. Quality of service & offerings poor Upon checking out one of desk managers was difficult & insulting about using bookings .com.
Loved location & concierge Joe Mack was amazing
If you want to be awake all night to the downtown country music....you are at the right hotel!!!!
