Prime location So close to broadway you could hear the honky tonks
It was exceptionally close to all the downtown activities.
The room and hotel location was great.
I can get free WiFi anywhere but Hilton wanted $10. a day for WiFi! Outrageous! And I'm a Honors member.
Short walking distance to the great attractions of the Broadway District. The staff were great and very personable.
Room and parking were very expensive compared to other Hotels with suites that I have used in the past. I frankly expected a bigger suite.
Hotel is a absolutely beautiful. We stayed on the 10th floor facing Broadway and you couldn't hear anything. Rooms we wonderful and the beds were amazing and this is coming from someone with severe back problems. Walking to distance to everything on the strip.
WiFi was not included and for the price you pay on the executive level I would've thought it'd be included. I was also surprised that there were no perks being on the executive level. If there was, we were not informed.
staff was very nice, great location
1) Coffee machine in room was not working properly. 2) It was extremely noisy until 3:00am. 3). Military discount was not given
Construction work in hotels sucks. That's all I got to say about that
The hotel is in a great location right next to all the Honky Tonk bars. the suites where very comfortable. love the executive bar, snacks and soft drinks free.
Do you know what nothing springs to mind.
Happy hour food selection was limited and poor.
Loved location & concierge Joe Mack was amazing
Concierge room was very disappointing. Quality of service & offerings poor Upon checking out one of desk managers was difficult & insulting about using bookings .com.
If you want to be awake all night to the downtown country music....you are at the right hotel!!!!
clean, and great location, pleasant staff, nice comfortable room.
expensive, no shuttle service to sights or airport, breakfast skimpy.
The Customer Service was outstanding, the location was fabulous and the beds were divine!!
location, facilities, the feeling in the hotel
no free wifi
Location, cleanliness, comfort.
Rates! Too expaensive
Loved the location - easy to walk lots of places
Under construction - which we were unaware even though we asked. Also - noisy -
Location perfect! Loved the evening Happy Hour and morning breakfast! Rooms were very nice! Staff were all very friendly! Enjoyed the lounge area late night!
I always enjoy staying because of the location. The beds are comfortable and you have a friendly staff.
It can be very pricey at times which is very frustrating. I would stay there every time I'm in Nashville if it weren't for such ridiculous price increases on certain weekends.
Great staff and nice place.
Great location for food, boot shopping and nightlife
The bars are playing Music all night. And you can hear it in the room. But i guess it's a part of the Nashville experience
Our upgrade to a suite fantastic!!
Staff was very professional, great location. Hilton was in walking distance to everything.
everything was very very good. The renovations that has been done made the place look great! The location and the staff were excellent! Would recommend to everyone.
There wasn't anything I didn't like.
Lobby renovations are almost complete, making for a striking visual arrival. Rooms are very clean and spacious. The hotel is located directly across from the Bridgestone Arena and a very short walking distance to the Ryman Auditorium, Broadway Ave (Music Row) and Printers' Row. Taxi travel to the Grand Ole Opry is approximately a 10 minute ride for a flat rate of $25. After seeing the traffic congestion for showtime at the Grand Ole Opry, the $25 cab ride was money well-spent. Valet parking is available (I recommend it) with unlimited in and out privileges. We personally walked everywhere and never moved the vehicle. There are 2 restaurants on-site, The Sports Grille, a relaxed sports bar eatery (also serves breakfast) and The Palm, an upscale finer dining restaurant. Both restaurants are fine choices for dining if you don't wish to explore the other local eateries.
I don't have anything negative to say about our stay at the hotel, except we couldn't stay longer.
