The expensive look at an affordable price. Thank you
The environment. Location.
The second room was great the staff saw to our needs and were very understanding. The hotel staff were great. The view of river was great all in all it was one our best anniversary we've had in New Orleans
The first room had a very bad odor
Great location and fabulous river view. Drago's was fantastic dinner location.
Room got a touch warm and did not respond well to the thermostat.
Loved the location, room was clean and comfortable. Staff was friendly even though I had some billing issue
Maid didn't refill paper products, ran out of toilet paper and Kleenex. Staff messed up my bill several times.
Convenience decor Starbucks I n the hotel
Self parking in tight spaces. Room key did not work when we went in and out of the garage
Walking distance to EVERYTHING !! Clean, prompt staff, great parking, excellent restaurants, cross the street to Harrahs!
Had to pay for parking, even though I was a guest
The room looked new. It was clean. Very nice. Price of hotel was great
Parking is expensive but that's everywhere in New Orleans.
Parking was expensive.
Everything was close within walking distance.
Parking and paying for wifi
We value service and cleanliness the most. Our room, the hallways, the building are clean. Friendly staff is a plus also.
We have stayed in so many hotels in different places before but this was the first time we were charged for parking ($35), plus additional fee if you want internet connection. Kinda weird, especially if you're there for business. Or is this the norms in NOLA?
The price and location was wonderful
Very organized! Courteous staff.
For the $ I felt the allotment of 2 coffee pkts/room is lean and towels also. I do not like to call for further items. A bit disappointed in Draggo's with decrease in oyster selections. Miss the old design!
Parking is an extra 30.00/Night.
Over all it's a good hotel, excellent location and comfortable beds.
Did not get room I booked. WiFi is not free. Breakfast is not free.there is no game room as advertised. Not even a microwave in room...this hotel is way over rated for price....not a good deal..
Connected to shopping
Great location. Connected to the riverwalk mall. Across the street from the casino & you coukd walk to the French Quarter and all the restaraunts.
$35 a night to self park or $44 a night for valet. The valet man told me it was free to self park and he was mistaken. I talked the staff about it when I was told at check in that it was $35 a night and they were unwilling to do anything to help. $35 a night adds up and was quite the expense we were expecting.
the property was in an excellent location the room was very comfortable but it was a bit pricey by my standards. .
I was hoping for A view of the city or of the muddy Mississippi but the standard room doesn't allow that luxury. The Front Desk did inform of this after check in.
View of the Mississippi
Hotel staff was helpful and almost everything to see and do is in walking distance. Parking was expensive but very convenient. Nice to be connected directly to the riverwalk and mall.
Breakfast staff were hostile to each other in front of guests. Waitress had trouble understanding English and then blamed us for the order being wrong.
Great location! Perfect for visiting riverside attractions and easy access to French Quarter. Rooms are very nice and clean. Best rate in the area. Staff was friendly and helpful.
Delays. Had to wait to check in due to power outage.
Food left in hallway for days, ignored by roomservice staff. Did anyone say Hilton??
My husband and I went visit back home for the weekend of the 4th. This was our first time staying at this particular hotel. We had an amazing stay. The staff was great, the room was super clean and comfortable and we found nothing wrong. Will definitely stay here again!
nothing I didn't like
Very nice hotel, very clean and close to everything - will definitely come back again!
Parking garage is rather a long walk to the lobby room elevators, but goy used to it - no big deal
