Location next to Casino Great price compared to similar locations and amenities
dated facilities only moderately updated over the years since the 60s
Pleasure while being away from home just as comfortable at hotel
The room was super comfy, the restaurants(that I love) was fairly close, and we enjoyed the view ;)
Housekeeping couldn't speak English, parking was terrible, the initial price changed, and it took forever to located the room :/
The room was great and the location was the best
I had a lot of trouble when I checked out they over charges my debet card it took several phone calls when I got home but they finally fixed it good thing I had my receipt
As being at the Executive Level, I liked the hors d'oevreus, access to health club and free wifi. You definitely must go to the Executive level.
Given that the room was at the Executive Level, I was expecting a bigger room. Breakfast could have more variety
the friendliness of all the staff, the view, the location, Dragos, plenty of space in the room
The pillows were too soft. Other hotels have a combination of soft and firm.
Clean facility and great location.
Bathroom toilet loose and rocks. Needs to be fixed.
Everything was good
I liked checking out.
Relay of information. Nonsense charges.
Comfortable, easy and clean!
My stay at the Hilton Riverside was only 1 night only because of the huge rate increase. If the rate would have been a bit more cost friendly, we would have stayes the entire weekend we were in New Orleans.
Huge price increase on Friday night. Would have loved to stay with you for the entire weekend but it just was not cost efficient :-(
parking at the hotel was an added expense that was not correctly explained upon checkin.
Our bellman was helpful and professional. We appreciated his upbeat and pleasant demeanor. The maid was thorough and nice. The facility was clean and well kept.
The initial young man who checked us in was rude and unpleasant. He could not find our reservation and kept saying we did not have a reservation which we knew was incorrect. He finally did find it and checked us in. He made a stressful situation even more stressful.
Price was good, location was good.
A comfortable hotel.
I was charged twice for my room by mistake.
what a great time we spent two nights at the Rosevelt htl than switched to the Hilton much better value and location
The view and the nice staff
Paying to park
- rooms and furniture/equipment in very good shape - fridge and solid safe in my room - very clean - quiet - nice view from my room in the 10th floor - architecture of the lobby - central location
- maybe a bit too expensive (but to be fair: hotels in central NO are generally very expensive) - free WLAN should be included in the already high room rate
High taxes, have to pay for WIFI, and parking charges
All Staff were extremely helpful and friendly. Parking was convenient but costly. View of the Mississippi River and bridge was great!
Wifi should be free for the high price of rooms, Especially in this day and time. Also, self parking was steep, $35 night. Bathroom cabinets were filthy.
Nice, clean room with a view. Location is good with walking distance to the French quarter.
Extra fee for Wi-Fi.
I loved the atmosphere and the staff. Any issues were taken care of right away and I didn't have to wait forever to get checked in. The room was clean and odorless. I would definitely come back.
I thought the parking was a bit much, but the stay made it worth the amount.
The central location, view of the river and large comfortable room. Also friendly helpful staff.
The proximity to all things of Down Town of the city.
The staff was very friendly and very helpful. Only stayed one night, but the view and location were awesome
