Short but good
Nothing to report
Great location. Walking distance to cruise ships, shopping, casino, aquarium, and water front pathway.
Streets were very smelly.
Close to embarkation of ships, trolleys, restaurants.
Loved where the hotel was and how easy that made it to get around town. Every form of transportation was available right out the front door. The bar and restaurant were second to none and the staff was excellent. Check in/out couldn't have been easier so all in all a great stay. Will return
I like everything about the location, the service, and the staff. The hotel was is walking distance of every place we wanted to go.
The hotel has a great location near the riverside, aquarium, French Quarter, Kids' Museum and... new shopping mall- Riverside. The old tram stop is next to the building. The hotel itself is really, really huge with an outside pool, conference halls. Thus, it is loud, crowded and busy. We got a room with river view(:)) and with disable access. We didn't mind. The room was really huge and bed was comfortable. We didn't have breakfast there.
Huge, loud and crowded
The hotel was excellent.
Wifi and parking cost to much.
Dont like paying for parking when ur a guest.
Hotel bedrooms were nice but my overall experience wasn't worth the price I paid
The restaurant closed early enough; the location was a little awkward; there wasn't many staff working reception so we spent a bit more time that I'd like queuing to talk to reception even for simple things. Also I hate paying for WiFi-you've made your money off me already, no need to rip off by charging for WiFi
This is the ideal business hotel for any on-site conference and next door at the convention center. It has a covered walkway through the riverfront shopping center connecting it to the convention center; useful on rainy days.
The hotel straddles the central railway line and has a sheltered walkway over it connecting both ends of the hotel. Be advised that large trains rumble through in the middle of the night making it somewhat intrusive for light sleepers staying on lower floors facing the railway tracks.
I loved the hotel and the location. Very convenient. It was on the riverside connected to the river walk mall and good places to eat. Will definitely stay again.
There's was nothing I didn't like. First time staying there and I found it very nice.
View from hotel and location were wonderful. Staff on executive/club floor were friendly and helpful.
Staff at desk was hit or miss. Some were friendly while other staff members seemed to be inconvenienced by our questions. They did however fix our bills when we were charged for Mardi Gras rates and it was not Mardi Gras weekend. Beware of taxes on bill not included.
Location-close to Riverwalk and casino
We had a plumbing problem that was quickly resolved but there was a slight smell in the bathroom.
Great value - location was outstanding for our purpose: visiting the WWII museum and leaving the next morning on The Sovereign of the Seas, Royal Caribbean. Also good for a walk to French Quarter and morning stroll along the Riverwalk.
Location was excellent. Close enough from French Quartier and other activities but still somewhat away of noise and traffic. We liked the bed a lot.
We hated to pay for Wifi at this cost. Check in was lousy. Hotel is far too much impersonal and a guest could not count with staff at all.
Location location location!! We were in NOLA for Comic Con 2015 & the location couldn't have been better. The walkway to the outlet mall is a nice plus and so many close activities right outside the door! WWII Museum was phenomenal; Drago's restaurant was delicious and our room was overlooking the river! Will be back!!
the location in the city centre is excellent very good beds
For all extra services you need to pay extra (WIFI, fitness room, valet parking etc) The hotel is outdated and old fashioned
Service from all was great and the restaurant was great, although I normally don't eat at hotel restaurants unless late arrival and on business the restaurant was great.
Location, location, location. Clean, quiet....
Ridiculous high charge for internet. Restaurant has tourist food at tourist prices.
Great location..near enough to everything to easily walk. Staff was amazing.
We stayed in executive room but room key did not work to get to executive level for evening cocktails or morning breakfast. Had to keep going to front desk to gain access.
The room was comfortable, we enjoyed the view over the mighty Mississippi River from L27. Loved the link through to the shopping centre. Very helpful & polite staff especially when I fell off the high curb at the front of the hotel, the doorman was quick to help and even asked how I was the next day. I'd stay again for sure.
The duplicate payment effectively we were charged twice, it affected our travel card, we received help from the hotel's finance Manager who was very helpful in getting the payment cancelled. That's all.
