The view of the water
The staff, the stay, the tub, the smell, the food, and the parking
Not much, except for the construction outside the hotel area.
I enjoyed the location of the hotel and the convenience of having the riverwalk mall in walking distance. I did not have to walk outside to get to the mall! (GREAT)
The location was great. We were able to walk to a lot of the places in the vicinity. The mall was adjacent to the hotel for a quick shopping as well The restaurant was fantastic. The servers ere not that great for what we paid as they were not as attentive but entirely bad.
We paid for a room with a view to the city and they gave us a room that looked over to the indoor elevators. It was dark and gloomy with little lighting and does not look like anyone even uses these elevators.
The expensive look at an affordable price. Thank you
The environment. Location.
The second room was great the staff saw to our needs and were very understanding. The hotel staff were great. The view of river was great all in all it was one our best anniversary we've had in New Orleans
The first room had a very bad odor
Great location and fabulous river view. Drago's was fantastic dinner location.
Room got a touch warm and did not respond well to the thermostat.
Loved the location, room was clean and comfortable. Staff was friendly even though I had some billing issue
Maid didn't refill paper products, ran out of toilet paper and Kleenex. Staff messed up my bill several times.
the $35.00 overnight parking fee
Location was good Cleanliness was good
A/c didn't work in rooms Upgrade for view was a ripoff Charge for WiFi was ridiculous Bed was not comfortable Noise was an issue from hallways
Convenience decor Starbucks I n the hotel
Self parking in tight spaces. Room key did not work when we went in and out of the garage
I liked the comfort and location .
The charges for parking was a bit over kill .We are seniors ,and have done a lot of traveling in our life . This was first time ever we were charged for parking at the hotel where we stayed .
I liked the location. Had a great view.
When I arrived the front desk line was crazy long. They should have had more staff to move things along quicker. The lobby areas are nice but when I got to my floor I smelled a strong musty smell as soon as I got off the elevator, which was also present in my room. The room itself looks nice but the bed was uncomfortable compared to other local hotels. I also didn't appreciate being put on hold for long periods of time when calling the front desk. I was glad to leave this hotel. I do staycations all the time in New Orleans there are definitely several hotels that are better than the Hilton riverside, within walking distance. Mainly the Loews, Harrahs casino hotel, Windsor Court, the W....the list goes on.
Walking distance to EVERYTHING !! Clean, prompt staff, great parking, excellent restaurants, cross the street to Harrahs!
Had to pay for parking, even though I was a guest
The room looked new. It was clean. Very nice. Price of hotel was great
Parking is expensive but that's everywhere in New Orleans.
Parking was expensive.
The layout and it's easy to reach the port
We were double charged, I paid cash but they deducted the same amount from our credit card
It was a nice hotel with great sceneary and within walking distance to several attractions including the mall, aquarium, and butterfly garden.
They advertised there was an arcade onsite, and there was not. They should remove that info from the website. The checkin process was long and they hold an extra $50 per night on your card as a deposit.
parking terrible!!!!35 a night! bellman rude an just want a tip! i can carry my own stuff im from nola an grew up hard workin?!
Everything was close within walking distance.
Parking and paying for wifi
We value service and cleanliness the most. Our room, the hallways, the building are clean. Friendly staff is a plus also.
We have stayed in so many hotels in different places before but this was the first time we were charged for parking ($35), plus additional fee if you want internet connection. Kinda weird, especially if you're there for business. Or is this the norms in NOLA?
The price and location was wonderful
Very organized! Courteous staff.
For the $ I felt the allotment of 2 coffee pkts/room is lean and towels also. I do not like to call for further items. A bit disappointed in Draggo's with decrease in oyster selections. Miss the old design!
Parking is an extra 30.00/Night.
Over all it's a good hotel, excellent location and comfortable beds.
