Clean and great rate
Nice interior, well styled Tidy room with modern bathroom Conveniently located between the 123 (red) and BDFM (amber) subway lines, which stations are within a 5 min walk.
Room, although very tidy modern and tastefully decorated, can be found quite small
The beds are comfortable.
Garbage was not changed during our stay. One of the rooms we rented had a crib. The crib was dirty. The doors are paper thin. You could hear the slightest sound in the hallway.
The bed was absolutely incredible! I've been to many, many, many hotels all over the world, & this is possibly the comfiest bed I have ever slept in. Also getting a free upgrade to a King Room was a lovely bonus! The bathroom facilities were very modern & the shower spacious. Rooms were also exceptionally clean.
The one thing that I found rather irritating about this hotel, was the fact that there was no free WiFi in the rooms. You had to pay an extortionate amount to get WiFi in the room, or go down to the lobby where it was free. Not so bad if you don't mind having internet, but I do a lot of my work while I travel, & a good internet/WiFi service is always helpful. But I only stayed 1 night so it wasn't TOO big a problem.
Mattress was horrible, very soft and squeaky
location front desk staff bathroom was spacious beds comfy clean coffee in rooms
the loudness on our floor, could hear doors closing early morning...the city was quieter
very pleasant staff, helpful. nice bathroom and toiletries
not overly much space for me and two grown kids, but workable. creepy bug in the workout space a couple of days, and the yoga mats are pretty ragged
Most comfortable bed I have ever had on my travels. Great staff throughout the hotel.
The hotel was so good that I can enjoy whole trip. Very convenient and comfortable but if I could use internet for free then the hotel was perfect.
the blondes in skirts....
the wishers that have their noses turned to far north
Location was excellent for first time in New York. Awesome roof top bar which at night is a great party venue and gives stunning views of the Empire State Building. Everything you need in the Chelsea area. Great bar and restaurant round the corner. Literally 2 minute walk. Shows all live sport and becomes a great little night spot
Convenient location, not a very beautiful district though. Excellent hotel, good rooms. Perfect restaurant.
It was a quite neighborhood for NYC but still central. 2 Blocks from the subway (red line) you can walk to the empire state building or the pennstation and times square. The room was clean, not to small but not big ;-) We had a great view!!!!
no more free cookies for my boyfriend :) The internet should be free, these days
The room is not spacious, though this can be understood for it is in Manhattan. No fridge for personal items. Beverage was automatically charged even if I only pulled the locker.
Rooftop Bar Location very central
very little rooms
The Hilton of the fashion district was in the perfect location. Right in the mix of the city near many great restaurants, convenience stores, and attractions. I enjoyed every bit of my stay
Parking issue right from the start but was handled very professionally at the front desk....Rooms were clean ....bed was comfortable....Restaurant was very good....Friendly staff....
The location is great to visit. Its exactly in the middle of manhattan. The staff is great and the room was nice
The room was in the top floor and the boise feom the rooftop bar was too loud. Cleening the Windows at 5am is not good.
Great area, about two blocks from subway as well.
Room was very small and the room smelled of mildew. I have stayed in hundreds of hotels (@ least 10 in NYC) and it is possibly the smallest shower I have ever seen. I travel to asia, so that days something. This is a non pass attempt by Hilton to create a boutique hotel experience. Much better hotels to choose from in this price range.
Loved the the roof. It was convenient.
The music was too loud. It would be better served as a chill atmosphere with drinks served by servers.
The room was perfect, really.
Nothing, I'd go back anytime
I enjoyed the staff and their willingness to be sure you were completely satisfied!
I thought the size of the room could have been a bit larger.
I loved it. Comfy beds, good location, small but not bad compared to other NY hotels.
I would avoid the restaurant particularly for breakfast. Service was really slow (not an issue if you're going buffet) and food wasn't impressive for the price.
I was very satisfied with my stay!
Everyone was professional, attentive and helpful. I would stay here again.
There was only one thing, the cleaning lady walked in without knocking, then she kept knocking to clean. We checked out on time there was no reason for that.
