The friendliness and helpfulness of the staff ,all staff, at all times was amazing and contributed greatly to the enjoyment of our stay. We saw no negatives at any time.

The room was lovely, the only good part of the hotel. Very clean and comfortable. I was charged the wrong price for my room and had to deal with getting that adjusted. There was no need for this to happen, I booked well in advance. The bars were cheap looking and very expensive. The seating was uncomfortable. The public restrooms were disgustingly dirty. I will not stay here ever again.

Excellent location, close to major sights. Check out time of 12pm. Helpful concierge desk. Charges for keeping luggage. No free wifi in rooms.

Location They let us check out in the afternoon without charge There was no fridge in the room, that is surprising in a 4star hotel The bathromm a little bit small, also for a 4star hotel you can have a breakfast only as package, not from a menu

Location great, but you can get a much better deal close by in a much friendlier hotel... Grudging service. Very expensive. Advertises free wifi - but this is only available in the lobby (not in the rooms) No drinking water or tea/coffee facilities in room. Breakfast extortionate! The final straw was being asked to pay $3.50 to leave bags in the baggage room.

Location and facility. The hotel is very nice. The room was spotless. Although the bathroom was nicely appointed and perfectly clean, the bathtub had peeling coating. Other than that one characteristic, the room could not have been better.
