Clean and relatively quiet\Breakfasts included were good Advertising in elevator. Couldn't figure out how to check out via the TV or even get a view of my final bill. Haven't yet received an e-mail copy of the final bill 24 hours after using the drop box checking out in the lobby.

Great location for sightseeing. Comfy beds and nice room. Would have loved tea and coffee making facilites in room as cafe downstairs closed. However Starbucks was across the road so it wasn't that bad!!

Location check out lady was very nice and kind Concierge was rude, lobby bar service was slow and they did seem to care. Acted as if you were annoying them, plus it was expensive. Baggage storage guy had an attitude. Maybe it is just the New York Way.

Central location. No functioning air conditioning in the executive suite we were staying at. Had to call maintenance 4 times to fix, only to discover it was wired incorrectly. The I was scolded at the front desk saying to call from my room phone. Also, no bath towels or glasses in the room; had to go get those myself.For a $600/night suite, lousy service.

the layout of the room was excellent with extra space for putting on makeup and getting ready. Was at another hotel in NYC with 4 women and besides the bathroom there wasn't another mirror in the room and it was very inconvenient. Someone put some thought into this layout. last night air was on 66 for some reason and I never could get the temp to go up.

Location was great. Beds were very comfortable decor was nice. There was dust hanging from the ceiling. The fridge did not work. There was no coffee or tea in the room for early or late nights. For two of the days we did not have a bathmat.

I liked the way the room was set up. We had a king size bed and I loved the bathroom very royal looking. I expected a little fridge and coffee maker but nothing like that was there.

-this is my second stay in the hilton and i totally recommend it.i -it has a strategic location -staff are very friendly -i didnt like the bed matresses much -some towels were actually dirty and had a distinct smell
