great location nice room
food in the court was terrible no beverage machines on each floor
location is good
hotel lobby frenetic, lounge was overcrowded, and served a poor breakfast compared with other Hilton properties; would have preferred King bed (they didn't offer/ask, even though I'm Diamond status).
It was overall just perfect...n the complimentary breakfast was incredible !!!
Location is great for tourist attractions. Easy to find.
The check in staff were very helpful and pleasant
The bar staff were the unfriendliest I had ever encountered at a hotel
Included breakfast. Moved us because fan was too loud
Had construction noises during the day

First, I requested an early check in, we arrived at noon, waited in line for about 40 minutes to check in. When we finally arrived at the desk, we were told that our room wasn't ready and they would text when it was available. We left and came back to the hotel at 3pm. Waited in the same line for over an hour, and our room STILL wasn't ready. We were given the key to another room, no biggie. On the way to the elevator, we were stopped by a staff member. She said we needed to grab our "guest goodie bag". It was actually another 45 minutes of telling her we did not want to be a part of the Hilton Travel Club. Geez. I was trying to relax. The room was comfortable and the bed was great!
Location excellent! Staff lovely
Was charged City tax when checking out so my stay was 120 euro dearer than I expected! Thought the price of accommodation was the price I was quoted on booking.com so was disappointed with that
I felt very safe since I was traveling alone and the breakfast was fantastic.
The hotel was clean and the rooms are pretty large for NYC hotels, and in a location close to the subway and an easy walk to a lot of Midtown attractions. If you can book this hotel on a deal like we did, it's 100% worth it!
The hotel is huge, so be prepared for a long check-in line.
Everything about this hotel was wonderful. The staff was amazing, we got to the hotel at 11:30am expecting to just leave our luggage with them until our room was ready since check in wasn't until 3:00pm. The room was ready and they gave us a free upgrade. The rooms are very large, clean and the bed was so comfortable. They have a great brunch or if you want something to go they have a courtyard with sandwich's,pastries and coffee. The best part is when you are ready to get a cab you just walk out the door and the door man get you one in less then a minute(the taxi's are lined up just waiting for you) when does that ever happen in NYC!! They also have an ICE BAR,yes it is actually a bar the is made entirely of ice even the drink glasses are made of ice a great place to cool off in the summer. I have been to a lot of different hotels in the city over the years, but this one is the only one I will be staying at from now on.
No coffee maker in the room.
The rooms were impeccably clean.
I would be interested to know if more can be done regarding homeless people coming into the hotel? More security
No fridge on room, I had to pay for bag storage and it was a huge line.
Perfect location. Super quality for the money paid
Paid internet in the room
Good location, spacious room, clean, good fitness center, easy checkout
Long line to check in, no pool, view was horrible from our room (we got the standard room on 8th floor)
Great location, very comfortable rooms that were a good size
Breakfast was included in our price but it was very hectic and felt like everyone was crammed in one room. You can pay extra to have breakfast in the other dinning room which may have been better if you are traveling in a large group or with kids.
Breakfast was good.....great location. ....and clean
In room dining service was very poor and not much variety .
Fantastic location, great staff, comfortable.
Having to pay for wifi (crazy!), no complimentary coffee in room, not great room service menu... Things you expect as standard, esp at price
lokation, view from room
No free WiFi in room To many people in lobby and restaurants
The staff, who are just exceptional, going above and beyond the call of duty when I had a few problems during my stay. Cannot say enough about them, particularly management (Mr Waller is a star!). The breakfast buffet. De-e-licious! Omelette bar is the best and what a friendly chef manning the pans; funny, happy fellow. The location is also fantastic, just blocks away from times square, central park and associated attractions. Subway just around the corner too for those longer excursions. Well priced.
The bed and pillows were really uncomfortable. The room was not soundproofed at all. Despite being 25 floors up, the sounds on the street were crystal clear. We were also the third or fourth room from the elevators and a staff room but could hear them humming along. Paper thin walls and windows. No fridge/coffee machine/water bottles which i thought were standard in hotels of this stature.
