Score from 3258 reviews Very good
I would have liked the room to have coffee/tea facilities. Especially when we stayed there for 10 days. The only place to eat in the hotel is Herbs cafe which is pretty basic.
To much confusion !!! Very busy all the time !!!
Very good positin, comfortable bed, great breakfast !!!
I didn't like that I didn't have toothpaste or mouth wash
Only one smoking area outside at the front of the hotel
Breakfast buffet had excellent choices
Lack of free WiFi: with the cost of staying, they could give it for free and gain 'like' from the travelers.
The rich services, the fitness center
Very noisy guests on both room sides and across the hall ! No tea tray, no mini fridge, having to pay to check luggage on departure day, this doesn't happen in hotels I stay in in Europe
Location quality and services available
Terrible service, One morning I called front desk for 2 bottles of water. After calling 3 times within the space of 1.5 hours they still did not send these to my room. I went downstairs to front desk to complain before they eventually sent up 4 bottles of water. The furnishing of the room was not great, I had some drawers that were constantly open and unable to close. I feel I did not get value for money paid!
There was not much to like about the hotel
It took over three days to return to service one of three elevators serving our floor. A second elevator in that group also had "problems".
no wi fi no coffee in room
No coffee maker in room
Bedding was really comfortable.
Location and comfort
Bathroom too small for 4 people.
Room good size. Location excellent. Executive lounge worth the extra cost. Really good holiday. Staff lovely.
The beds were far too small for 2 people. No coffee maker.
The breakfast was good and the room was clean.
The food and attractions
The room was lovely, efficient, clean, well laid out.
Only two toilets on lobby level for New York's biggest hotel! Breakfast arrangements confusing - sat down only to find it was only for buffet customers. $40+ for buffet - who eats that much! Herb cafe much better but please communicate better. More check in staff and more operating lifts needed
Bed quite comfortable and we were in renovated room on level 24.
No free wifi.
Loved the location. Clean, comfortable & spacious rooms. Helpful staff.
Staff in registration are very bad Room not clean at all
Location in time sq
In order to get free wifi you had to give up housekkeping for one day The breakfast that was prepaid (run out of croissants and bagels every day) was tottaly different than the exquisite breakfast which was served in a different area It is a massive hotel
The location, the size of the room, the comfort of the bed, in the prepaid breakfast area you could have snacks all day for free
The elevators load at peak times is .unbearable Annoying start and finish to the day
Rooms not ready when they should have been. Overall cleanliness of rooms
The toilet seat was covered in pee when we arrived. I got housekeeping to come in and the 2 women had a screaming match - one even shouted at me - and took ages to clean it up, while we waited to use the loo after a 7 hour flight!
It took forever to get an elevator.
The rooms and facilities were very clean.
The room was first class and very comfortable beds. We were on 28th floor which was good as the noise didn't' travel up that far :-)
