Удобное расположение отеля в центре Манхеттена, одноместный номер соответствует уровню отеля, но недостаточно просторен. Невозможно в отеле найти переходник под европейский разъем эл.розетки |

Место расположения, расторопный приветливый персонал, быстрая реакция на просьбы и замечания. Улучшить шумоизоляцию номеров, от посторонних звуков (по всей видимости механизмов лифта) тяжело уснуть. |

Отличное местоположение. Приятный отель. И номер вполне просторный, хотя в отзывах я читала, что номера маленькие. Хотелось бы, чтоб в Hilton New York предоставляли больше услуг и как-то были более открыты гостям отеля. Поскольку у меня сложилось впечатление, что за каждый твой шаг в этом отеле берут деньги. К примеру, за то, чтоб оставить чемоданы в отеле после выезда из номера, с меня взяли 3, 50 $ - это мой первый отель, где за такую услугу берут деньги! |

The experience was wonderful. The staff were knowledgeable and attentive. The room was fine and the food was excellent. It takes to long to get a car from the parking garage. I had a 30 minute wait. |

In the thick of everything New York has to offer, but quiet enough to get recharged for the next day's exploration. It's not every hotel in the world that backs on to the Museum of Modern Art!! I know it's central NY, but some cheaper rooms (for single occupancy)would have been very much appreciated. |

Generally convenient and comfortable hotel @ excellent location; 1) Quick check out via phone and TV did (both) not work. 2) I had to call reception to obtain a key for the minibar. 3) Limo pick up in front of hotel was cumbersome as my driver could not stop there. |

Thenbeds & pillows were very comfortable. The staff was pleasant & accommodating when they could be.. The hotel charged to get into the room before official check-in time, even though it was already ready when we arrived. |

The location was excellent and the staff very helpful. The room was clean but not to the standards one would expect from a Hilton Hotel. The trash bin was emptied only once in a four-night stay and there was a hole on one of the bed sheets.Also the bath was not very clean the first day we arrived but was fine during the rest of our stay. Did not like the 15 dollar charge for the use of the internet. Otherwise the stay was very pleasant. |

the rooms was large and the beds were very comfortable. Internet service was at extra daily charge. I think that at these rates it should be included free of charge as in many lower cost hotel chains all over the USA |

The hotel is in a fantastic location in New York. The hotel itself is excellent. It is exactly a 4-star hotel and there were no unpleasant surprises. The staff was friendly and helpful and I would recommend this hotel. The hotel is very large - while not a boutique hotel which would have been my preference, the location and overall value for quality was excellent. |

It was a great location for what I had planned. My friend and I were there to celebrate my 40th birthday and were able to walk to everywhere we wanted to go. I thought the food and drink prices at the hotel were way overpriced. We did not eat or order drinks anywhere at the hotel. The good news is, there is so much near by, it wasn't an issue. |

The proximity to the centre of New York. Excellent for visiting the theatres and shops and city tours. Not enough lobby seating. If all the seats were taken and one sat in the lobby lounge one was obliged to have a drink or leave. Too noisy in the other bar with both television and loud "musak" competing. Impossible to have a proper conversation. |
