No refrigerator provided. Normally its part of the room no need to pay extra ...same goes with WIfi.

The stay was hell. The front desk people were rude and arrogant. We stayed there on the eve of my wedding with my sister. It was through booking.com at the rate of $99.00 which was okay, I thought because prior to booking i read about late check out and it was for a $50 fee. We checked in late about 10pm or so on Saturday night. My wedding was at 5pm Sunday and the bridal car was scheduled to pick us up at 3:30. Halfway through make up and pictorial and preparation, the front desk guy called us and asked if we were checking out. When I said we were staying over, he said we were gonna be charged $189.00 more, late check out would warrant the same rate. When I said I got the rate for $99/night he said that was nit gonna happen because the booking was through a third party vendor. I told him about the late check out fee of $50 and he said we either pay $189 or vacate the room RIGHT AWAY because they needed the room, they were busy, they are a BUSINESS travel hotel. Did not even offer anything despite me explaining my situation. I had to beg for 15 minutes allowance so we can all pack. He kept saying we were past the check out time, etc.half naked, make up and hair half done, luggage and goen and flowers in tow, we cacated the room.It was around 1:45 -2ish. When I got to the lobby to check out, no apologies were offered and instead the guy said "it's supposed to be a happy day for you". I retorted "yeah, but you ruined it for me". Instead of an apology they all laughed and they murmured something as i was walking away from them. We tried to finish make up and hair in the bathroom at the lobby, (although we did not finish for obvious reasons). We all hung out and waited for the bridal car, but because we were kicked out earlier, my sister and I were in our jeans with half done hair do and make up! So never book at the rotten, dirty Hilton people. I think motel 6 would have been a better choice than an over rated, rude staffed, dirty Hilton.
Location. Staff was accomodating.
The room initially alloted for booking.com was located in an area under construction. I walked through an area w/ open rooms and plastic covered plastic and room was dreary. I asked for, and was given another room.
Friendly and helpful staff. Very clean rooms. Comfortable beds. Nice balcony. Pool and jacuzzi. Courtyard.
No toothpaste or complementary breakfast with stay.

Room service got mixed up and knocked late on my door even w/ do not disturb sign. Then after I said I did not order they still called the room 10 min later.
We always enjoy staying at this hotel. We are fans of Hilton and the quality of their hotels. Service was fantastic at front desk and restaurant.
The staff was friendly and helpful, and the hotel was clean and comfortable. The restaurant was great too, good selection on the breakfast buffet. While I had some trouble with our stay the staff tried to be helpful about it.
3 of the 4 nights we were there I got little to no sleep due to loud and violent behavior from neighboring guests. Security was slow to respond, and they must not be monitoring floors regularly to have that happen. I had to call security several times. I am very disappointed with this because I expected more from the Hilton.
The room was very nice. The price was excellent. The location was great for our purpose.
There was a disturbing incident on our second day. We returned to the room to find it clean except for the bathroom. The room cleaner or someone else had used the toilet and not flushed it. The light was on in the bathroom, and the door was closed. So, did the cleaner do that or doies someone have a key to the rooms? This was reported to the front desk( I think his name was Ray) and I was told that the head housekeeper would contact me in the morning however; that did not happen.
Everything. It was great!
The pool hours. Only open 10a-10p. So for us that went sightseeing all day and wanted to come back and relax in the jacuzzi, we couldn't.
Staffs like Bryan and Richard made the differences.
