Location and helpful staff

Hotel seems like it isn't looked after. Toilet kept running, remote batteries dead, water stains on floor and ceiling, exterior corridors are dated.

Noise - there was a HUGE Fraternity function taking place in the hotel and they partied ALL night long.

Bathroom did not have a fan, I didn't get a receipt even though I asked for one and was told my Booking.com confirmation was my receipt.

Great location, I was heading to the airport. The lobby was nice looking.

Our room was very dirty. There were visible hairs on the floor and around the bathtub. The pillowcases had smudges on them like they were already used. I actually examined the bed sheets to see if there were signs that someone else had been using the bed. The carpets were dirty. I felt uncomrfatble with the rom. I wouldn't even drink out of yor glasses because I couldn't be sure that someone washed them. We were tired and needed to get up for an early flight. If we were staying longer I probably would have changed hotels,

Rooms appeared old

- Good Location off the Interstate. - King Sized bed was comfortable.

- Bathroom was to small. - Elevators were very slow and stayed busy all day & night. Could use 2 more elevators to effectively handle foot traffic. - Toilet did not function properly. Handle was coming apart and not enough water pressure or volume to flush waste material down the drain. - Carpet in room and hallway dirty and needed steam cleaned. - Walls between rooms did not supress sound. We could hear all of our neighbors conversations & TV. - Wait Staff at Max & Ermas inside Hotel provided bad attitudes and slow service. - Vending area did not provide snacks for after hours, Soda only. - We have stayed in other Hotels that provided better reliability and convenience and for half the room price. I do not feel I received a good value for my money and was very disappointed in this hotel and would not recommend it to anyone. - Hotel Staff was good however the building itself leaves much to be desired.

Very relaxing. Pleasant staff. Very clean.

I was surprise to see the condition of the furniture in the lobby. I had a door knob to the computer room fall off in my hand. The wood on the furniture is fading and the furniture need cleaning........ Replace. The Lobby is not attractive. Also, there weren't anyone available to help with my bags, upon arrival. Desk Clerk said he was out to lunch.

Como primer punto, cuando llegué a registrarme, no tenian nada de nosotros, segundo, me cobraron dos veces la habitación , en efectivo y con cargo a mi tarjeta de credito, no me dí cuenta hasta que llegué a México.

que me cobraron doble porque pagué en efectivo y además lo cargaron a mi tarjeta de credito, y ahora es un problema que me lo devuelvan.

Clean and comfortable rooms reasonably priced

Hallway on my floor needed updating. Had a musty smell and was not as nice as the lobby or the guest room.

When my daughter and I checked in we were pleasantly greeted by the front desk staff. Chris checked us in. He was very friendly and told me about local restaurants and attractions. He also printed out mapquest directions and gave me Resturant brochures. Chris was an excellent host during our stay.

The room smelled like a wet rug upon our entrance. The first night we were surrounded by loud and obnoxious guests whom stayed in adjoining rooms.
