The staff were all really nice and efficient when I check in and when I checked out.

The miscommunication of the parking payment- The attendant tried to get me to pay for parking again after I paid for it when I checked in.

Well appointed comfortable room.

Could hear everything from the room next door. Charged for wifi in the room. The only restaurant open for dinner was a sports bar. Expensive.

Very pleasant staff. Shuttle to airport. In-room coffee will make two cups at a time, a current problem with the switch to k cups and similar. Rooms are relatively large and there is a good choic!e of foods from room service.

While the walls of the rooms seemed well insulated for sound, the doors were not! We were wakened several times in the middle of the night by children yelling as they came or left rooms.

Room was clean & very comfortable. Staff was friendly & the location to Oakland airport was great. We will stay again.

The sports bar wasn't really happening at 4:00pm when we wanted something to eat. In fact, someone was being interviewed for a job right next to our table. We ended up going over to the Holiday Inn for something to eat.

Good, clean facilities. Enjoyed breakfast buffet.

The staff was really nice and the location was perfect. The room was "alright," but not what I expected for 140.00 dollars...more like an 80.00 dollar room really.

It's near the airport so the buildings are spread out on the grounds...1,2, etc..I didn't like the grounds...there was rubbish at the doors to the outer buildings where you sent packing to hike to from the lobby. Also there were stinky ash trays right at the entrance! The rooms ceilings and walls need to be redone - much staining and wear.

The toilet was plugged early in the morning, I called the front desk asking for service. no one came to fix it in the next 30-40 minutes, so I end up to go down to the lounge to use their restroom. when did they fix it? I have no idea, because I checked out early that day.

The hotel was really nice. The room was beautiful. High Definition Tv.

You have to pay for internet and parking

There was a power failure in the early am for several hours. The staff could not have been more accomodating or professional during a very stressful time.

Hilton is a trustfull name and this hotel deserves it. Nice rooms, clean, spacious, good beds, fitness and service make it a nice place to stay.

Convenience to Oakland Airport. Very comfortable room.

Good location it's near the airport..we got the two beds instead of 1 king bed so they just give us a free breakfast which is really good..I like the Filipina receptionist at night..very accomodating.

Proximity to airport - great for breaking flights with an overnight stay. Beds were very comfortable.

Shuttle was somewhat slow in picking us up from the airport.

it was great easy to get to, airport shuttles all the time easy to fly in go to the mts. then come back spend the night and fly home

the restaurant service was not so good it was empty and still took along time and they charged me for 2 dinners mine and some one elses trying to straighten that up

Service was awesome also very satisfied with the cheap price . clean good service.
