Conference friendly. Attended the longevity now conference.

The shower head had extremely low water pressure.

Looking forward to breakfast in bed to wake to. Left my request on my door well before midnight.....it was never picked up.

It was the worst Hilton i have ever stayed in. we hung up our breakfast order to be picked up at night. In the morning when it didn't arrive, we checked and they had never picked it up. When I tried to call room service to see if they could bring us anything, I found the phone to not work. I used my cell phone to call the front desk and they actually had nthing to say. the roomwas dirty, it looked like chocolate syrup was squirted on the walls. It was loud, as smokey as a casino, and very, very loud. There was no pqarking available for hotel guests because of a convention. And now, I am arguing with them because they charge me nearly $275 for the room I booked thru booking.com with a rate of $139. Not happy, won't go back.

They had no record of my reservation thru booking.com, and I had to have it faxed and emailed to the front desk to search and find it, taking over on hour to check in.

Nice room, comfortable bed/pillows, and soothing shower head.

The staff was very helpful, professional, and polite.

Beware self parking s 21/ night.

Everyone was very very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and the Executive floor had a wonderful breakfast. Didn't take advantage of the Happy Hour, but it looked great. The workout facility was wonderful and there was a staff member in every once in a while to keep things sanitized and in good shape. I took advantage of an offer that allowed me free wifi and self-parking for an additional $10. a day and it was well worth it. Thanks!

Can't think of anything except that we couldn't get wifi on the Executive Floor for a day or so, and then found out that the password was changed. Everyone was good about following up with us though.

The electronic key cards were poor. I received two cards as I heard that occasionally 1 does not. I had mutiple round trips to the front deak- to get new card- finally having the bellman(nice and courteous) accompany me- so -if the next batch did not work- it was not me making the long trip back to the desk. During the remainder of my stay- one of the card also became bum- and fortunately the last one functioned until I checked out.

Parking fee..

I stayed in an executive room and it was great to be able to use executive lounge for 24 hours. The location is also great to access to I 405 and highway 55 as well.

Compare to the service and room condition, it is pretty much expensive. The total price including tax and service charge was higher than I expected when I booked here at the booking.com.

It's no safty box there

Nice fitness center which opens 24 hours a day. Room is comfortable and clean with good view. Near South Coast Plaza, 7-11, ok and McDonald'S.

High charge of long distance call: >usd14 per call in 1 minute, which is not reasonable at all.

The hotel was conveniently located, had nice linens, pleasant decor and a bar open late for a glass of wine after a long day.

Parking was not convenient. The only thing I requested from the Hilton ~ which is usually so nice ~ was a receipt and the Hilton refused to provide a receipt, saying that booking a room through booking.com made it a third party transaction and they weren't involved. It was bizarre. My card was charged a mysterious amount. Now, four days later, I've called Hilton and booking.com for a receipt (for business reimbursement) and can't get a response.
