The room was nice.
There was no I've on second floor. I was charged for two nights. Not once, but twice! Had to show them my booking.com reservation and sit on the phone at the concierge for over 45 minutes to correct the issue. They had the wrong day and incorrect length of stay. I'm absolutely outraged! The room was booked at $119 with taxes $132. At one night only. I was charged $256 and $298. Then given a $250 smoking fee. When there was no one who smoked or even evidence for. Parking is also $31 a night which was not mentioned in the booking. I feel unsure of ever booking with this website again. Or if it was the hotels mistake. Ether way. I didn't deserve to be so mistreated.
Executive lounge and cleanliness of room.
Children made a mess of the executive lounge. Parents did not control their children and made the lounge filthy with food spilled everywhere. If they had not been there, our trip would have been perfect.
The valet park fee and the lack of an offer to self park. Just seemed like a 31$ add on for one nights parking.
Beds are extremely comfortable. View is great. Nice place to get much need rest despite the interruptions from rude guests.
Room had joined doors and neighbor played with it all night. Requested room service and no one showed up. Walkways had trays near almost every door and elevators smelled bad. Housekeeping came in at 7am an woke me up.
The room was spacious. The decor throughout the hotel. The staff was friendly and very helpful.
The only thing that was alittle uncomfortable and didnt mix with the ambience of the Hotel was the unconventional an odd placing of the restaurant.I told the restaurants to be in a separate covered room more like an elegant restaurant and match the hotel not awkwardly positioned through and right next to the bar.made it feel like it was kind of like a Denny's with the exception of the food and the menu was excellent didn't match the location of the restaurant and and the tables and Decker could have been more elegant and more separated.
Too hot in the room with air at the lowest setting and only 1 air vent, no fan in bathrm, Hallways very hot as well. We're from vegas and used to hot but this was extremely uncomfortable especially when the sun was coming up. We had plans for both mornings to leave so we did get out of there. Unexpected parking charge and non refundable pet deposit of 50.00. Cable and internet intermitingly in and out because of no signal,
The only thing I liked was the convenience, due to the fact that my daughters pageant was inside this hotel.
1. You pay way too much per night for a place to lay your head and take a shower . 2. There is no continental breakfast for the exuberant price you pay to stay. 3. We waited 10-15 minutes every time we waited for an elevator. 4. We were given no receipt and no total upon our checkout. 5. The hotel restaurant only offered room service or a buffet breakfast, and buffet breakfast was $21.00 a person. Sorry, but my 3 kids will not even eat $21.00 of food put together. Their dining choices suck, so we were left with McDonalds all three nights. 6. I can't justify paying these prices for what you don't get. It's just not worth it. 7. $23.00 a day parking is highway robbery! This hotel needs to seriously rethink it's pricing, especially for those staying with children.
They cussed my party of smoking an charged me.
They charged me an unfair charge
parking fee is too high.
Room lacked room service menu and info, bathroom floor had NOT been mopped. Very unpleasant surprise to find out I was charged for PARKING!
the rooms and staff
Convenient to the airport and had a shuttle to and from airport
Loud weddings on Saturday night I could hear the base from the dance music until 11:59pm.
