We had a lovely comfortable bed and the room was a good size. Although a lot of people complained about traffic noise, we did not have this issue at all. We almost did not book this hotel because of some of the comments. The staff were really friendly and courteous too. As guests left their rooms early in the mornings, they would bang doors loudly. This is also true of staff cleaning the rooms, and that at times was annoying, especially if you had a late night! The toilet in our room appears to be in the wrong place! You sort of 'trip over it as you open the bathroom door.It is too far forward.

It was a small gesture, but made me feel like I was in a really nice place--having a fridge with free bottles of water in the gym made me think good things about where I was. Also the bartender was one of the most service oriented I've ever seen. Not much.

Das Personal war sehr zuvorkommend! Den besten Tipp für ein tolles Abendessen bekamen wir durch einen Angestellten. Wir haben nach einem anstrengenden Tag in den Hollywood Studios hier die nötige Ruhe gefunden! Sehr zu empfehlen!!

No check-in solicitei pagamento em dinheiro, mas, para minha surpresa recebi sms no meu celular informando que debitaram meu cartão de crédito. Além disso debitaram um valor 2 vezes superior ao da despesa e até agora não sei quando será estornado. No check-out tentei resolver, mas informaram que não era possível e que depois eu iria receber o estorno. Tudo muito confuso e pouco transparente. Recomendo cuidado.

All of the staff I came in counter with was very helpful and friendly. The bathroom was not very clean at all. Didnt get much sleep due to the noise from the air unit. Tv didnt work at first but a few times turning on and off it was fine.
