Prices of restaurant and room service food.
Windows should be changed in all of the rooms because the noise coming from street vehicles can be heard from the room.
Everything is very comfortable and inviting. You can walk right out onto the River Walk and you are within walking distance of the Alamo.
Parking is difficult. The front area is very crowded and the available parking garage is a little hike from the hotel and expensive.
Location, work out it was nice, service was good ,
Front desk was rude , room not cool enough, jacuzzi small and the tv was not working right
Luxurious hotel. Very friendly staff. Excellent location on the river bank, close to main attractions. Enjoyed a wonderful stay. Wishing to come back again. Already recommended it to friends an family.
The pool was a bit disapointing. Expected a bigger one.
Room, size, hotel atmosphere, balcony, view.
Close to everything we wanted to see.
Parking too expensive.
My Husband And I wanted a romantic fun filled getaway and the hotel was exactly what we hoped it would be. You can walk out right on to the riverwalk and the rooms give you a breathtaking view of the city
Loved the location, parked the car and walked everywhere
Starbucks in the lobby !
The iron ... It's cheap, old and ruined my silk dress !
They are rebuilding the Bar area.
Gave us a room with one bed for a family of 4 when I specifically booked a room with two beds in advance. They were sold out so they didn't have another room. They were out of roll away beds and wanted to charge me for a blow up bed. I agreed to pay for one then got a phone call that they were sold out of those beds too. My daughter had to sleep in a chair with an extra blanket that we had to ask the cleaning lady for.
loved the soft bed and excellent staff
room service menu could of had more choices
Great Location for the price
It was a great location centrally located to the local tourist spots and lots of dining. Bell hop was friendly and informative.
The only compliant was the cost of parking. Valet parking was almost $40 and self parking almost $30 per day. For the cost of rooms, they should give a discount. The Wyndham was only $6 a day.
It's was in a great location
If you needed to use your car during your visit it is not easy, parking is in a parking garage down the street on the 7th level
Location and rooms were very nice
A bit noisy and was dissappointed with the pool
Good location ,,
Bad internet in high floors,,, we arrived in weekend, it took for ever to check-in. Very expensive car parking rate per day.
Parking sucked! The parking garage used was expensive if we used hotel and far away.
The location was perfect for our family outings.
The room could have been cleaned better. We had a disposable bag with used items in it and was left in the corner of the room and there was used tissues under the bed. the floor in the bathroom was a little sticky.
Everything. Very comfy bed.
Drink machines needed credit cards. Had to go to top floor just to buy a coke. Small but only problem i had.
The hotel was fantastic and service was great..the staff attends to all your needs and they are so courteous. The rooms are updated and so spacious, I was very pleased and the location to everything is right there at your door. I will definitely return.
The valet parking was expensive, the swimming pool too too little and the elevator concept was new but created a mess going from floor to floor. Other than that..beautiful hotel.
Staff is very attentive to its guest
That I couldn't stay longer
It was beautiful!!! :-) Best location to the Texas Folklife Festival at the Institute of Texan Cultures and to the Tower of the Americas! :-)
Very Pricey, but worth it for a nice mini vacation because we all deserve a little something nice from time to time!! ;-)
Everything was just perfect
Valet parking was a 30min. Waiting list
