Just a short walk to shopping and dining in the center of Palm Springs, this hotel has free Wi-Fi and daily hot breakfast with made-to-order omelets.

Lines of orange umbrellas and lounge chairs surround the pool area at this Designer Palm Springs Hotel. Palm Springs Art Museum is a 5-minute drive away.
Score from 19 reviews Wonderful
Surrounded by beautiful desert scenery in the mountain foothills, this hotel is just a 5 minute drive from downtown Palm Springs. It offers spacious 2-bedroom villas with all the comforts of home.
Score from 146 reviews Very good
Room is not as bad as some people said, comfortable bed, big flat screen TV.
The style of the hotel is more close to motel, the charge for parking is uncalled for, if you don't tell them you get a car, they will not charge you, since the parking area have no gate.
The spa is wonderful. The pool bar and staff are very nice and attentive.
The room was a bit dingy with old furniture and dirty carpet. Very loud at night and no compensation for having to call the front desk in the middle of the night for noisy neighbors. I would stay at one of the smaller downtown hotels next time. Also the bar inside never seemed to be open.
Within walking distance to everything! We loved our balcony view .Bed was exceptional and staff was awesome.Be sure and use their valet parking ..totally worth it the staff is so accomodating!
The restaurant , I ordered a Cobb salad it came and it had mushrooms, celery in it. No bacon or egg. It was horrible . I sat at the pool bar because it was 8:15 and the restaurant was closed ?? The bartender Richard was very nice and noticed I did not touch my salad and took it off my bill. The food needs work
Excellent service Great Location Nice walk into downtown
Loved our room. Very spacious with a comfortable bed, nice view of pool. Pool facilities were great. Close to downtown.
Wonderful Location, Hotel is great
The pool was great, 7am to 10 pm excellent hours and relaxing! The water very nice. Poolside bar was very convenient. Room large and comfortable. Staff was nice in helping me get room I needed for senior with me. Overall yes, very pleasant stay.
Room cost seemed a bit high for being out of seaon. Parking at $18.00 was extreme and person taking reservation should advise clients of this.
Pool area but it was just to hot outside to enjoy.
Restaurant was mediocre and clearly not a priority of the hotel. Value was just not there.
Really enjoyed my stay at Palm Springs.
The room was excellent quick access to the pool.
I can hear everything that was going on in the room next to ours. I finally had to call the front desk after midnight to repor the noise.
Peaceful grounds..newly remodeled..nice pool area without door pool. You can rest easy due to the quite grounds! Friendly staff
One of the staff came around our place twice, notified us of noise complaints even though we were not making noise. Also he did the same thing to another party that came with us, of noise complaints..and believe it or not it was before 5 pm, it was after check in. Semi-bald, Caucasian, around mid 50's. Threatening if we don't stop noise that we would have to compensate the person who was complaining for their room.
The only thing that we liked from our stay was room service. The food was delicious, the drinks tasted good, most of the employees were nice, except for the manager Lester.
Bogus complaints were made against us. Complaints about loud music when we don't even have music on, we didn't even have a stereo. There was a lizard in our room and we were on the 3rd floor. We couldn't sleep all night thinking that there was more. We we're harassed by the manager, Lester. We were specifically called out for smoking by the pool when we were actually given an ashtray by a hotel employee. He never told us that we couldn't smoke there, but another worker came by us and told us that someone had specifically pointed us out, which is strange since there was a white blonde woman smoking inside the pool but no one said anything to her. We were charged an extra night and parking fees when we were parked outside on the street.

Comfy bed and great location.
I was displeased with my recent stay at the Hilton in Palm Springs. This was our first time staying at a Hilton and I expected much more for a 4 star hotel. We booked our trip on booking.com so I don't know if you have less than standard rooms for guest who use deal sites but our room and service were very poor accommodations. We reserved a room for 15th and 16th and selected the option for a crib, as we were traveling with our one year old baby. When we received our room there was no crib and the room had an awful odor, especially in the bathroom that remained the entire stay since there was no working fan or ac in the bathroom. The way we received the room was unacceptable. After our baby had been crawling around the carpet we discovered several pieces of tiny glass on the floor. We alerted housekeeping and they came by and vacuumed the floor and we asked them to change our trash liners since the previous guest garbage was still in the room. The next morning we realized the mini fridge in our room was broken and all the food we brought and babies milk was spoiled and wasted. We called the front desk and they brought us a second mini fridge for our room and left the broken one also. We ordered room service both days and the food was really terrible and I even became sick after eating the chicken Thai tacos. The pool was very nice and the staff and service was nice at the pool, however more umbrellas would have been nice since there was only 20-30 umbrellas with no other shade and hundreds of guests around the pool area. We had to ask someone to share an umbrella so we could keep the baby out of the direct sun. I would most likely not choose a Hilton Hotel in the future or recommend it to anyone I know.
Comfortable beds and our room was close to the pool. Hattie was a great poolside server! So nice and helpful. All the staff was great! We left our cell phone in the car and one of the staff went and got it for us. Located close to town so we could walk to shops and food.
Two of the dresser drawers were broken, making them unusable. I stepped on a small shard of glass (or plastic) in vanity area. The TV had no free movie channels like some other hotels.
Location atmosphere Waiter at bar was awesome Bellman too
Valet not easily accessed parked our own car even though we paid valet We had planned to order room service for dinner in and were told it was closed even though menu said it was open and so we didn't order early. Then told only place to eat was casino where food was awful
The pool. Spacious room.
Bar closed too early
Good value if you are traveling with kids or pets
Room was in poor working order, wet carpet from leaky AC and the TV cut in and out. The pool area is very basic and was crawling with kids.
Hotel feels really new, room was well equipped and bed was superb. Nice balcony and a big tv. Fast Wi-Fi.
We arrived earlier and the check-in lady didn't seem to like this. Not welcoming. Paying for self-park is ridiculous.
The staff were very helpful and accomodating I like that the pool was open til 10 pm and we were allowed to use the pool a little later that was nice especially since it was so hot
Location, comfort, friendly staff
In the summer season parking rates are a bit ridiculous. $15 for valet parking and $12 for self-park on an empty parking lot when free parking by the side of the road in front of the hotel is only 10 feet away...
The hotel has a great location, close to food, a nail shop and even the casino. It was a great mini getaway and I enjoyed my stay.
