Gammal inredning, lite sunkigt. Värst var AC'n, som lät som om dom hämtat den direkt från hamnen i Philadelphia. Hur hemskt som helst, brummade och vrålade - man kan inte tro att det var ett Hilton-hotell som installerat den. Klagade inte för jag misstänker alla rum har likadana fläktsystem (samt att vi rest och varit vakna i 24 timmar, vi somnade oavsett ljud tillslut).

The front desk clerk that greeted us was extremely friendly. She helped my son and I when we needed towels to use for the pool since there wasn't anyone at the concierge desk to help us.

The room wasn't cleaned very well, dirty under desk and behind furniture, room smelled unpleasant. Bathroom floor not cleaned well, shower curtain was ripped and tub was clogged. Tried to call for room service three times around the hour of 8:30 and there wasn't any answer. Did not pursue any of these issues with the front desk since I had my child with me and didn't have time.

Large car park. Fair size room. Man at reception did apologise for the problems and offered a free breakfast as compensation.

Reception staff. The stench of stale smoke in the corridor on 7th floor. Holes in carpet of room 721. Several large holes in bed sheet (I have photos).Decor was tired and dirty. Staff were slow to control a disturbance at 1am in the corridor. After 25 mins of the shouting and arguing I called front desk and was told they were aware of the problem. It stopped for while then started again.

Hotel was clean, room was well kitted out and food was very good.

The waiting staff in the restaurant and for bar food were poor and did not go out of their way to be helpful and I had to goo look for them to order food and drinks each time. For my entire trip to the USA - they were the only staff I did not tip.

Nice clean, comfortable hotel, helpful and friendly staff. Good size, well equipped room, prompt help with bags. Very pleasant waitress at breakfast.

The food and the service at the bar for a late dinner were significantly below expectations.

The bed was absolutely horrible and the room smelled old and stale.

From the moment I set foot on the property, the staff couldn't do enough for me. Friendly, courteous and helpful and answered my questions. Family members who visited me were permitted to use the hotel's airport shuttle to access public transportation home. They were very accommodating and kind.

single queen room could have used a coat of paint on one wall. It had been repainted but in a patched area and the colors didn't match. food was ordinary and there were no separate food choices for lunch or dinner - same foods but served in different portion sizes. Not enough variety.

Rooms were nice. Pretty much what I expected.

The bar/ restaurant is a joke. No service available (waited for 15 minutes and nobody showed). Not very apprealing. The floors (hallways) and elevator are dirty and outdated. The place needs some paint and new carpet.

I like the friendly staff and the location closer to downtown.

The toilette itself and the surrounding floor was dirty with spots of urine. At first I thought it was us using the bathroom but once I lifted the toilet and looked around the floor, I realized it was never washed! I would not go back just for the lack of hygiene! SO much for the HILTON!

Upon trying ti check-in my card key would not open door to my room. After three visits to front desk , an assistant finally escorted me to my room where he got the door open , but agreed it was broken

We liked the location of the hotel. The beds were comfy. The 2nd shift front desk lady and the overnight were great and saved the trip from the disaster it turned into.

There was garage behind the end table. the curtain did not go all the way across the window so the lights from the street and cars lite up the room. The 2 ladies when we checked in screwed up and over charged my card to the point of taking all my money out of my account. The pool was not as warm as it should have been. The evening front desk manager was not helpful at all and stood there and argued with the 2 ladies that were the most help and fixed the problem along with ast. manager Travis.

our bed was said to be a queen size bed?? no way! only thing we didn't like.

Convenience of the motel to the airport and the availability on short notice. The shuttle service to the airport was also a plus

The restaurant service was terrible. We went for a drink after we arrived and couldn't get anyone to take care of us. Very dissapointing!!!

lied about free parking for public. Had to leave car on siteand had to pay $40..Room was old, dirty and heating system kept us up all night. All around one of the worse places we have ever spent a night at and this includes Mom and Pop places in the middle of nowhere. Very disapointed. Never again.

Close to airport. Staff super friendly and helpful.

The breakfast was not so good n pricey

We stayed there because our flight was cancelled at Philadelphia airport. It was cold and rainy and we waited for an hour for the shuttle to arrive. In the morning the maid staff on our floor were shouting down the hall at each other thereby waking us up. When we complained to the manager he basically gave us his obligatory corporate apology. I would never stay there again. There are a lot of properties to choose from at the airport.

The staff members were really nice and helpful. A shuttle to the airport is provided (free), and the driver was nice enough to take me to a grocery store nearby the night before my flight.

They hold an extra $50 on your credit card for a while.
