Out of town location, ok for airport but a long way from City centre.

some places in the suite were not constructed or finished properly and looked bad. This room needs to be upgrade or re-done.

Close to the areas we were going to for both baseball and shopping/eating

Service in the restaurant and bar were slow- wasn't that busy at all and had to wait for orders to be taken as well as served- wouldnt bother going again

When I did have an issue with the room or air conditioner in this case maintenance was sent out immediately.

The room smelled musky, old, stuffy and like a previous smoking room. The air conditioner was not working properly in 90 + degree weather and their several charge issues with my stay I was charges 4xs the amt ridiculous.

Close to airport/shuttle service excellent. Two hotel restaurants made dining easy.

No change area/showers by pool(needed to walk through lobby). Hot tub(walls) could do with a thorough cleaning.

The bar and grill food-- excellent Shuttle to and from airport--nice drivers!

I liked the room set up and the convenience of the dining/lounge/gift shop/pool/spa

It was close to the airport as we arrived late in the evening and wanted a good hotel near the airport.

Attendents not so polite, late breakfast for travellers, no one helped me to take my luggage to the room, which was very far from the elevator.

I spent just a few hours there so I liked the efficient and free shuttle from/to the airport.

Nothing. Well, The plastic curtain in the shower. And the hairdryer.

Staff friendly, very good accommodation, comfortable room, fast internet, decent prices for food and drink in the bar & grille. Good and ample parking. We felt very safe there.

Having to pay for wireless internet - this should be free in a hotel of Hilton standing. Hotel was hard to find (the satnav in our hire car had stopped working and we had to stop to ask directions, but few people knew where the hotel was)

Very nice, the bed was comfortable, I loved the extra pillows and the large towells.

The toilet wasn't very clean when we got to our room.

Becaues of the reviews and when I went through the entire hotels facilities I couldn't resist picking the hotel.

I liked the Cleanliness, family friendly, and above all their meals, although its was a little exhorbitant.

I liked only my company whom I was with.

It was an awful experience for me as a first timer at Hilton Phoenix. The moment I checked in, I started to dislike the services already. I was given a room that was booked under someone else, the receptionist didn't even bother to check the entire booking. I was right about my confirmation although the staff tried to prove me wrong. They made me phone the 1800 number of Hilton to check my reservation even though I didn't use them to reserve my room. And in the end I wasn't even given the room that I had reserved until I stood up for it. The overall attitude of the staff was very unwelcoming. I will not recommend this place to anyone.

The bed was a bit too firm

Good value, great access to/from airport, nice room.

We enjoyed the hotel except the beds seemed really small. Glad we were only one night or we would have to change rooms.

空港からホテルまでの無料のバスがあり、私は試験を朝受けに行かなければならなかったので目的地が空港では- なかったのだが、そのバスがわざわざ試験会場まで連れて行ってくれた。

唯一、カウンターの女性の受け答えが親切ではなかった。
