Peter Thomas Roth soaps and late check out time.

First room smelled of cigarette smoke so we requested to move rooms. Second room was not much better. No help from the bellman to move our things. Could have been much better service. Room was quite small and in impressive for the hefty price tag.

Location. Check in staff was wonderful.

The bathrooms were way to small. The concierge was a real disappointment. Would have like a small coffee cart with a quick grab breakfast.

Room was clean, quiet, and a comfortable place to stay in downtown. We were able to book our stay at a reasonable rate, but wouldn't pay full price to stay here.

The Executive Tower is dated overall, with relatively uninspired food and hospitality compared to other downtown hotels. It's the best place to stay if you can't get a room at a better hotel.

    Bed was comfortable

    - Water bottles should be free for the price you are paying each night. - No glasses or cups were in the bathroom - Toilet seat was too tight in the designed space

Good location Clean and safe Staff were excellent Room 422 at the Main bldg is small, But comfortable. Like your addition of in room safes since my last stay.

The parking is $32 per day and with tips in addition it's a little steep. Wifii in the room is extra and in this day and age I think it should be included.

Very clean, comfortable, and we felt safe and well looked after. The staff were excellent, helpful and friendly. Location is good, close to everything.

The parking is pretty steep though, $32 per day. And with tips it really adds up. Wifii is not included in your room and I think it should. Not sure if I will join Hilton Honors.

    Gold Star as above. Ambiance!

One very dumb and ill-trained housekeeping person on Friday morning. (8/1) The other ladies were very good.

    The view

There was soap residue in the bathroom,I'm an individual in a mobility scooter...the room was difficult to manuver in and out of and being a disabled person the bathroom was small and difficult to manuvor in. This room was at a discounted rate....I think its too bad that even theses days in Portland Or.we disabled still have to make due in public places. The room and bathroom looked pretty clean but there were area's in the bathroom that had obviously been missed.---Thanks for your time.

Rooms were nice, clean, location was good.

The front desk seemed incompetent when asked to split room charges between two people who did not originally make the reservation. They ended up not taking the correct credit card information from one party and had to charge it to the person who secured the reservation. When calling to resolve the problem, the accounting rep had to do research and did not call back timely, I had to call back the next day. He was unable to resolve the problem over the phone and had to email credit card authorization forms. Due to the hassle, we resolved the issue ourselves rather than relying on the Hilton accounting office.

This location is excellent! It is in close proximity to everything downtown. When you step out the front door you have numerous restaurants, cafés, bars, shopping and so much more. We took the streetcars, trains and buses everywhere...it was so convenient!!

There was nothing I didn't like!

The location was great for accessing the Tri-Met, buses and street cars. The hotel is walking distance to the river and several neighbourhoods including Chinatown, Pioneer District and Portland University. The hotel staff including the concierge and the check in staff were very accomodating when we had questions.

    1. Staff was great...very helpful and nice 2. Linens were great 3. Location was great 4. Love the conservation efforts, and recycling bin, but I got fresh towels even when I followed the directions so I wouldn't.

    1. Room pitch black at night...no dimmers on anything....and if you leave the bathroom light on you are blinded by it in the middle of the night, which also wakes your brain up. 2. The TV says there is a pause button if you rent a movie. You don't, so you can't pause it to do anything. 3. TV guide also lists a classical music station, which I listen to every night at home, and was very disappointed not to be able to access. You should either remove it from the list, or add it to the options. A radio that you can look for stations would also be good. I did not like any of the 5 options offered on the clock...at all.

Location is central to downtown, easy to access from the East and West. Pool facilities were excellent.

Charging such high prices for wi-fi seemed outrageous. Staff also had a lot of difficulty checking my group into the hotel.

When I booked the hotel, the website stated that the hotel room includes a refrigerator. However, when we got the hotel room, the refrigerator was no where to be found. We called the front desk, the staff basically was telling us that the room doesn't come with a refrigerator although that was the main reason why we choose this hotel and paid a fortune for it. We contacted booking.com who told us that the website mistakenly included the refrigerator description but there was nothing they can do. Later they called us back and told us that they are willing to credit $25 to our account and this was back in May. As of today, I still have received an apology from booking.com nor did I get the credit they claimed they will give it to me.

We choose the Hilton for access to public transportation. Because of its central location we ended up walking to the Saturday Market, food pods, restaurants, shops, and the waterfront for the Rose Festival. For those who like to walk, the Pearl District is also within reach. The pool was great for our 8-year-old and the gym/sauna were a perfect break for the adults. Staff very helpful.

The particular double room we stayed in did not have a refrigerator - not sure if this is the case for all of the rooms.

Friendly staff, good sized room, relatively comfortable bed

Location - lack of options directly nearby for meals, other than food carts, fast food and the hotel restaurant, which was very over-priced and no better than a generic chain restaurant.
