I hate to pay for parking, but room and staff were excellent
Pay for parking
Loved our 1 bedroom condo, and that it was right on the landing with so much to do just steps away!! We will definetly be booking here again and again!!
I wish the wi-fi would have been included in with the room.
Beds and rooms were nice. We like the ability to easily walk to the Branson Landing.
There are very few dining or entertainment options in the late evening. We arrived at around 8:30 in the area and all the restaurants were closing at 9 p.m. If you're coming in later... eat before you get to the landing.
good location, nice room
really cheap toilet paper
Room was perfect and clean. Fitness facility has the same equipment as my gym. All staff was friendly & always had a smile.
Somehow I was checked in before I arrived which had me nervous. We shared a common entry way with a group with teenagers that kept slamming the door at all hours.
Convenient, quick one night shopping trip with girl friends.
Like the location for shopping & eating. Enjoyed O'Shea's
Didn't like the train at 3:00am
We liked the location and the beds were comfortable.
Room was a little over priced. The carpet in our room was unraveling where it met the tile. The shower had some loose tiles with mold in the grout joints.when I took a shower water ran out half way across the bathroom floor because there was not enough slope in the shower floor. The toilet ran most of the night and the air vent blew directly onto the head of the bed in our face
Courteous staff, great location, really nice bathroom and shower.
Lingering food odor from previous occupent. Carpet probably needs to be shampooed.
close to shopping and restaurants
shower had mold and mildew would like a more convenient checkin time-- 3:00.
Everyone was friendly and the place was very pretty
My sister used a walker and our room was in the south bldg and not very adaptable to the elderly
Location was good.
Very little hot water, parking spaces were too small.
Great parking and location. Hotel was very nice.
I felt the price was a little high for Branson. My wife loves the Landing so I wanted to stay there for her. We have stay at other hotels in town that are just as nice but don't have the location for half the price and I will most likely not be staying at the the Landing again because of the cost.
loved the location, close to the Landing shops and restaurants
we were in the South Tower on the west side, there was a lot of noise from the street and adjoining rooms, insulation was poor. We left our GPS Golf watch in the room by mistake and called as soon as we got home but never received a call back, very disappointing.
Convenience to the shops at the Landing.
Location was great...shopping and restaurants close by. When we discovered a problem with the room (fire alarm was hanging loose from the ceiling) it was fixed as soon as we brought it to the front desk staffs attention.
I think the room was a bit pricey for the off season.
The location was fun and convenient to shopping both on the Landing and Main Street. The nightly "National Anthem" was a treat :) . I felt very safe in this location - access to room was through 2 doors from hallway.
The shower tile grout was full of black mildew :(
The rooms were very nice and the beds very comfortable.
Considering how dead the hotel was I was rather disappointed the room the gave us was a parking lot and lobby rooftop view. There were only a couple other people on our level and all of us on parking lot view side of hallway. There was no free wifi access. You had to pay for a pass card or be a Hilton select reward member. Even Starbucks has free wifi. Also, there wasn't complimentary breakfast. I paid cash for the room and that seemed to be confusing for the staff. Checking in took longer than 15 minutes when most places are five minutes. I come to Branson almost yearly and usually stay at a more affordable hotel/motel. For the price I was disappointed. I've had better experiences at much cheaper locations.
I was upgraded at no cost to a condo. These were extremely nice.
You had to walk outside to get to the other buildings.
A lot of different things
We had made reservations through booking.com which were not transfered to the hotel but the staff was very helpful and was able to get us an reservation in an upgraded room for almost the same price. All of the staff was very friendly and always willing to help. Would highly recommend.
This is a very pleasant property with a fine staff!
I was appalled at the lack of respect shown the staff by the clientele. I, also, noticed the horrendously small tips left by customers in the restaurant. Sad, Sad, Sad!
Great updated rooms and great location.
Cleanliness of the room wasn't what you expect from Hilton-mold in shower that could be cleaned.
I liked the cleanliness of the entire facility. It was also directly located on the branson landing strip mall. very convenient.
I did not like how the employees at the check in desk treated me. They were very rude and seemed to not have time to do their job which was to get me into my room. Also, I did not like that the check in time wasn't until 4 pm. My family and I arrived at 2:45 and was sent away until we were called when a room was available. We were given a temporary card (which we paid $10 for) to use for parking but was very confused where the parking was. Not a single person offered directions where to park. We ended up in a public parking area and had to pay again. I will not be staying there again. It was not worth what I paid!
