Staff was courteous and efficient.

There was a strange fellow that followed my girlfriend off the elevator after having pushed the button for a floor above ours. She didn't go in to our room just made like she had forgot somthing down stairs and returned to the elevator.

The room is very comfortable and clean!

There was no free wifi.

The staff were lovely. They helped us find a great restaurant, were helpful and kind with parking and general directions.

I think that at this price point wifi should be included and free.So many places do include this, and I'm not sure why Hilton doesn'T. It seems small. I would have also appreciated a bit bigger room.

Paying for parking. If I knew I had to pay for parking I would never of used this hotel. Its not just the $25 a nite parking fee, but its hard to come and go.

My room was comfortable and reasonably attractive in a generic way. The fitness center is small, but the equipment is good and it's open 24 hr/day.

Internet service in the rooms costs $9.95/day. The more expensive a hotel is, the more it charges for the internet. Many hotels charge nothing.

I was coming into the city to visit some friends and wanted to make sure I got a big room so we could hang out comfortably. I called the day before my check in and spoke with joe who was super accommodating and got me the perfect room. Bed is super comfy too. Loved it.

The location was very good

The additional cost for parking and internet are some issues, I would like to mention. I know that it is communicated well ahead, but still I would expect these charges included at such a high room rate.

Great location and fair pricing. The hotel is very easy to access from the highway. As a place to stay for anyone who wants to discover Providence, the Hilton has the best location in the city. Hotel staff was friendly and professional. City maps and complimentary punch bowl outside elevators were nice touches.

There was no wait staff servicing the outside terrace at night-also there were outdoor speakers there but no music. At other Shula's restaurants, cigars are available but not in Providence, too bad. Leaving the parking area was a problem, machine would not take credit card, why not include parking in room charge? Why does housekeeping knock on doors in the morning and loudly announce themselves-we could hear a housekeeper doing just that and she was several doors down from our room. Finally, when booking on line, there are just two types of rooms shown. My wife and I are repeat customers at the Hilton and willing to pay more for additional space and comfort-web site and front desk staff need to offer complete information on rooms and room types. Are upgrades possible?

The entire staff was very friendly and helpful. Convenient location. Very comfortable beds and pillows.

The fact that was right by the downtown area, had a starbucks right around the corner and a fair price buffet! Clean spacious Gym with cold water available. Very friendly personnel

We were in Providence for the Brown Graduation. What really was important to us was that we could cancel 24 hours before arrival if necessary. We were happy that we did not have to take advantage of that.

Impossible to get in contact by mail or phone!

Great hotel but parking is expensive i

The parking is almost 30 a night

Staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Vallet was also very professional and friendly. We had a great stay and will definately return again .

地理位置还不错，走路到商场10多分钟，走到火车站15分钟。

酒店环境很一般，Hilton按说走的是星级酒店路线，但是这家店里的环境和中国的快捷酒店差不多。

Personnal très agréable, chambre grande et lumineuse avec une belle vue ...

Hotel très bruyant, en particulier au niveau des chambres, la piscine était inccessible car petite et la présence de plusieurs jeunes enfants laissés à eux-même contrairement au règlement a rendu totalement impossible le moment de détente prévu... Ils ont également envahi le local fitness avec l'accord du concierge, nous avons donc fuit ! Dommage, nous avions choisi le Hilton sur la foi de recommandations, pour la piscine couverte et la salle de fitness, or nous n'avons pas pu les utiliser et le rapport qualité/prix a donc été radicalement transformé.

Unfreundliche Mitarbeiter. Rechnung zuerst höher ausgestellt als über booking.com gebucht. Lage unmittelbar an der Stadtautobahn. Frühstück nicht inbegriffen, stadtdessen kann man in den Starbucks um die Ecke gehen.

Bei unserer Reise durch New-England hat uns das Hilton in Providence mit Abstand am besten gefallen. Das Hotel macht einen sauberen und gepflegten Eindruck. Das Personal ist freundlich und kompetent. Das Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis ist in Ordnung, was wohl auf die Konkurrenz der in der näheren Umgebung jüngst gebauten Hotelkapazitäten zurückzuführen ist. Die Lage des Hotels zeichnet sich aus sowohl durch die Nähe zur Autobahn als auch durch die Nähe zu Providence Downtown.

I-95へのアクセスが便利。 部屋、廊下、エレベーターが清潔。 レストランのメニューが豊富でよかった。 れせぷしょにストの接客態度がフレンドリーでよかった。 車を駐車場に出入りさせる従業員が親切だった。

私たちの部屋にも、友人の部屋にもスリッパがなかったので、入浴後も靴をはかねばならなかった。 部屋に二本提供されていたボトルの水を冷やそうと冷蔵庫を探したがなかった。

The hotel was very clean and accommodating,but needs some freshening up.Hotel staff was wonderful,attending to every need,very kind and respectful. The restaurant was very nice, staff pleasant and helpful, especially the bartender Elmiel. I was there during a blizzard and my stay was extended without a hassle. I would definitely stay there again!
