Once arriving at the hotel I was told at check-in that my pet fee was non-refundable. I was extremly upset about this, because when booking on-line this information was not provided.
what I liked most about my stay is that the staff was extremly friendly.

The only issue that I had was the morning of our check out. I had an issue with payment I had forgotten which credit card I used. I tried calling booking. Com but they said the hotel takes the payment . I then sucked the gentleman at the front desk but was clueless. It took me all day and finally I called and whoever answered the phone at the Hilton was very helpful and answered all my questions. Please train your staff better on issues of different types of parent options and the websites that the hotel participants with.

I was pleased with every aspect of our stay.
My 2 adult siblings and I stayed at the Hilton for purposes of a family funeral. The staff made our stay very comfortable.

Will be even nicer when renovations are complete.
Large common area with plenty of places to hang out, good beers on tap and hot apple cider in the fall. Staff was uniformly friendly and helpful. Rates were less than I expected. Easy parking and easy access to Port Chester for those of us who go see shows there.

I asked for a quiet room when I booked this room. Again when I checked in I asked for a quiet room. They supposedly upgraded me to a better room -- however it was an adjoining room on both sides of us and all night long both rooms were rockin -- I could hear every single word that was said in the adjoining rooms from under the door!
The place is very pretty the staff is great -- the facilities are awesome -- the proximity to the Capital Theater was perfect since is it only 1.5 miles away.

There is no sitting area in the room just a desk and chair. There was a table but no chairs... There was no concierge service although advertised and the front desk folks said they had no maps or information.
The room was clean and the bed comfortable. Most employees were helpful and the transportation manager went out of his way to take us to the train station with the shuttle after the run time.

Was told 45 minutes for room service and it was delivered in 1:20 min. Bathroom was not clean. I dropped coins on the floor and when I went to pick them up. I noticed there was trash under the bed. Considering I checked in at 630 at night and the room is supposed to be available at 3:00 I was disappointed. The location of the hotel is in the middle of nowhere. Trying to find your room is a chore. I was in the westchester wing. I walked thru the hotel following the signs for over 10 minutes.
I did like the quality of food at the restaurant.

I stayed for a week and housekeeping cleaned my room properly for the first few days. The day before the final night I entered the room feeling there's something different about it. It felt that the room had been arranged but there's something out of place. Examining the bed I found out that both beds had the same stained sheets and after I had a shower I realized that even the towels weren't changed. This is completely unacceptable from a hotel like Hilton. They didn't even ask me about my stay when I checked out, so I didn't bother complaining. I pay expecting to get the service I deserve, especially coming back after a long trip wanting to relax, but I believe I've been cheated.

It was too much for my 6 hour stay. Ie: 3min walk from car to front desk and another 3 min walk from desk to room. Things were sorta dated but they were undergoing renovations so I don't know what that entailed.
Clean and large but not over the top. More of a resort.

Door locks are ancient! Need actual key to lock from outside. Maid bust into room at 8AM and left door open. Indoor pool bug filled. Vagrant sleeping on pool furniture, spent the night with clothes scattered all around.Housekeeping staff very loud running up and down halls..

They charge for everything a paper cup to get your own coffee or tea was $2 for a small empty cup or $4 for a slightly larger cup Internet $12.50 per day and if you want to check out early they charge an extra $100. It took me 14 min to find the first room they sent me to up an elevator to fourth floor around a bunch of corridors to another elevator to get to 3rd floor I even asked a hotel employee how to find the room and he had to call to find out. I finally found the room and tried to call the front desk to have my room changed but the phone in the room wasn't working so I had to repeat the trek to two elevators and lots of hallways to find my way back to front desk

Finding my room was difficult. I had to go to the fourth floor to get to the third floor. Once I figured out that it was easier to walk across the courtyard, it was no longer a problem.
Each room had a refrigerator. There were indoor and outdoor pools. The room windows open.
