We had several exchanges with the staff. Everyone was friendly, accomodating, and helpful. A manager actually printed out something for us from his personal computer! Prices for food and drinks were outrageously expensive.

Beautiful setting, great location, clean hotel, beautiful view from the room. Staff were friendly and professional. The breakfast buffet was excellent. Room was small.. the doors opened into each other, was somewhat of a puzzle as to which door to open first to get through (i.e. bathroom door blocked hallway and room door would hit bathroom door). We waited quite a while to be checked in while we saw many people who appeared to be hotel associates just standing behind the counter allowing only one associate to check guests in.

Location Staff not friendly long wait to check in. Only 1 person checking people in and a long line waiting. Other employees walked around and watched and didn't attempt to help. Overpriced did not disclose additional huge fee to park upfront. When leaving parking attendant looked very annoyed that they were there average room given when we thought we had booked an upscale room per website/review very noisy many homeless people around the property

Close proximity to the conference center and view of the bay. My favorite was walking over every day to conference center and not having to cab. Plus a beautiful view of the bay. Nothing

Nice Room, great staff, nice location with a view of the bay. Valet parking was too expensive at $40.00 a night and wasn't posted where you it could be seen - a nasty surpirse.

really liked the facility and the location. Most of the staff was freindly and helpful and I loved wht workout facility I didn't like the high WiFi costs and the daily parking fee at $28 is way too high. Also, for two straight nights we didn't have towels and had to call for them. The cleaning staff was nice but overall did a very poor job

The ease of walking everywhere we went. The ferry is right there to Coronodo. We loved the location! And it had a Starbucks. Foam toppers for softer mattresses would be lovely, but great pillows and after all that walking each day we slept well.

Styles of hotel and comfort. Very expensive parking fee, the fact that the internet is a chargeable extra. Also the lack of a mini-fridge in the room is very surprising in a hotel of this standard.

The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The rooms were clean and the hotel was well kept. The location was outstanding for access to Downtown, The Gaslamp District, Seaport Village and even the water taxi to Coronado. We arrived at 3:00 and our room had been cleaned but not received final inspection. We were asked to wait 15 minutes, so we went to a drug store and came back in 1 hour. Then tjhe computer system was down and it took another 1/2 hour before we were allowed into the room. The staff did send an inexpensive bottle of champagne and some cheese as an apology but it was frustrating since we waited until actual cyheck in time to arrive. There was no notice that the pool was shuit down and that we had to go to another hotel on a shuttle to use a pool. My wife has a bad back and needs a pool so it was very inconvenient. There was no bathtub in the room, only a shower and this was not an option online when we signed up. We had to switch to a 2 queen bed room to get a bath instead of a King bed. Internet connection was only available if you were a Hilton Honors member. Most hotels are offering this service for free now. Downtown still struggles with a homeless population which is not a reflection on the hotel.

I love design and style of the hotel. It is very welcoming. I love the feeling of openness in the lobby. The room was very quite and peaceful. I had booked a room with a view of the Coronado bridge. Instead we had a view facing north on the bay. It was nice but I was looking forward to seeing the bridge at night.

Great location, great entrance, I did like the design of the hotel. Despite the pool was not accessible, the hotel have a shuttle to get to the Marriot pool. Great idea!
