Modern Clean Hotel Great Location
No Free Wifi in the room
facilities, friendly staff, location,
no bar fridge
$35 per night for parking is way overpriced.
The rooms and views were nice. The pool, and pool-side restaurant was also quite nice.
Hotel staff was especially unhelpful when it came to hotel parking (which is expensive!). Paid wi-fi was really slow (and why should I have to pay these days?).
Having to pay for parking
Clean great facility with wonderful knowledgeable staff. Thanks for a great stay.
I love that it was colse to downtown and the water it was a nice view ans friendly ppl next door to us and throughout the hotel
The host to check us in, i got was new and i get that but she was rude and very unpleasant
The business centre access where you had access to a printer which didn't charge you to print per page. The view wasn't bad of the bayfront but it was what you were paying for essentially.
The fact that I had to pay for car parking. The hotel room was noisy and the pillows were terrible. Internet wasn't very fast and was not complimentary. There was nothing about the service that was standout or above and beyond for the price charged in the area.
..very pleased with the amenities and location. Gaslamp easily accessible!
We were treated with such kindness from the very BEGINNING....the Reservation gal, Debbie was just wonderful!!! So very helpful! And all that followed....down to the cleaning lady...so very sweet......
That we didn't stay longer! Ha! Kudos to the entire staff!!!
overall service quality and value for money
being forced to pay 15/day for wireless service that is free in most hotels and communities. a game breaker
Location and quality ofrooms
Expensive car park and I really do not understand why large chains are still charging stupid rates for WIFI - even the more cost effective hotels see it as a service to their customers.
Close distance to Gas Lamp district.
Location/ convenience Comfort Pool Pet friendliness
You have to make 1 hour line to get coffee in Starbucks. Not much good dinning options. We tried 2 restaurant/bar. Not so good but expensive. We had very rude 'house keeping(customer service) on the phone telling us they don't have anyone who can change the bed sheets for us.
We liked everything!!! The view is awesome, and people in the service were very nice, plus the fact that you can bring your pet, gives this hotel a great pleasant stay
I think that the Internet should be free, and parking could be free too....
got the room for 109.00 on line and was very happy until we found out that parking was 36.00 a day, OUCH!
view, location, room, staff.
no refrigerator, no free WIFI in room.
Should have brought my swim trunks, great pool area. Asked for the highest floor and was amazed that I got it, thanks. A view to remember.
Parking fees and Wi Fi fees, nickel and dime stuff lowers the value.
The hotel is quite nice, despite the fact that EVERYTHING costs extra for no apparent reason. The hotel was otherwise very spacious and nicely ornamented. Everything else was mediocre...
Self-parking was $32 a night - and that's not even the valet parking!! I don't understand the rip-off prices since the service was average.. Wi-fi costs extra, I think it was around $18 a night, TOO EXPENSIVE considering the expensive room charges. The beds weren't too comfy either. We were 4 girls staying at a 2 queen bedroom.
Liked that it was a nice walking distance to gas lamp quarter and beautiful hotel
The location and the view
I liked every thing
The view of the bay.
We had a horrible experience from the moment we arrived. Our reservation was wrong, we were charged twice, there were no toiletries in the bathroom, our room didn't get cleaned AND our keys continuously didn't work (up to the 27th floor and back a million times). All this plus $20 a drink at the bar. Stay somewhere else!!!
Location is good. Convenient to Coronado Ferry and downtown/Gaslamp District. Very modern facility with nice lounge areas and plenty of PC/tablet locations with free WiFi.....in lobby area only.
Small details but an inconvenience. No wash cloths. No bath gel. Stained top sheet. No laundry bag. I understand we checked in on New Year's Day and housekeeping was busy but even after calling it took till next morning to get supplies.
The staff at the reception were tricky and tried to give us different room type than whats reserved
The heated pool was great. Fireplaces by the outdoor patio bar were a nice touch. View from the room was super. Overall - great place to stay with restaurants in the hotel and many more nearby.
Parking ramp was backed up on one occasion.
