Keep annoying to check out after vacated the hotel didn't believe when I told vacated
As first time arrivals, we found access from Park Boulevard very confusing. Somebody needs to get the city government on board (if they are the problem) to allow better signage (as in "ramp to check-in" written where you can see it from Park Blvd.) That three-story ramp may have looked good on paper, but out here in the real world it is a monster to be overcome by helpful signs telling you that's how you get to the front desk.
Protestors at entry to car park hurling abuse at us when driving in. Felt like politician not a holidaymaker.
Clean comfy room
That you have to pay for wifi when I have already paid to stay At the hotel, that's is pretty cheap that you would have to pay for wifi when already did for the room,it's just pretty stingie.
The bed was comfortable.
Wish the room was a little more spacious for my powerchair. Parking was $30/night & there was a fee for the wifi.
That the room & hotel was truly handicap accessible. Real roll in shower. Accessible access to coast, Petco Park, trolley, gas lamp etc. Staff super friendly, accommodating.
Chargers for everything. We paid 20 extra dollars for a view, usually hotels will just upgrade if rooms are available
Location location location We were able to walk to Petco park,
Good value for money. Clean and modern. Free parking. Free Wifi in room.
It was pricey
Location was great and the view was breath taking
Didn't like that the front desk clerk couldn't find my reservation! Blamed it on third party booking. Luckily I had reservation info with me. He later apologize.
Contemporary decor isn't really my style, but that's just a taste preference.
Wonderful walkway to Petco Park and also along the bay. Beautiful sunsets, great shopping, convenient to Coronado,
The valet and bell-desk seem to not be working together. Some how I managed to valet my car, get my things to the bell hop, tour the property and get to my room (with my car keys) before my bags arrived. Frustrating when you have two begging to get to the pool.
Pedro at the front desk was GREAT and super helpful.
The big DOLE ship taking away the view! LOL but overall very nice!
The view was great, the people were very accommodating, close to ballpark, GasLamp, Ferry to Coronado! Restaurants, shops galore!
Understand that fee is charged to room for self-parking and valet. I understand need for fee for valet but was not happy to pay for self-parking. Not sure that cost of room + cost to park was best value. May consider another place to stay next visit, this will be several times a year as son is stationed within the San Diego area.Cost for 2 "average" red and white wines was overpriced as well. Could have bought 2 bottles of better wine for the cost of two glasses. Will not use bar next time.
Cleanliness, staff friendly, location to downtown and ball park made walking best way to get around. Matt waved fee for one of our vehicles.
lack of affordable breakfast spots in the area.
Great hotel, couldn't fault it.
I stayed and extra night and I think I should of gotten some kind of discount but besides that my wife and I enjoyed our stay
Room and pool area and my wife loved the spicy bloody Marie's
the price but thats what you get for staying at a Hilton
Location is great right near the Gaslamp District, Staff were excellent with giving out directions and recommendations. Our room had amazing view of the bay
Had to pay for using the internet.
Great value for the money; public transportation very accessible.
Two nights did not clean the room .. Internet and paid money for in-room
Very close to the sea and the Downtown
Pay for parking.
Traveling with children and not having wifi in the room, and free breakfast was not good at all.
The view was amazing
Parking is ridiculous. $32.00 per day and when I checked in the staff did not inform us of any events that were going on in the Hotel. It was Easter weekend. I had to keep asking questions. Did not even let us know about Kids check-in, I had to ask about it and no one was in line. Also, everything is way overpriced, the drinks, renting a movie in room was 18.00 and parking, also the buffet ran out of food. The TV kept losing the signal too :(
Location was nice and Hotel is very pretty.
Valet price is ridiculous $47 per night wow
