The bed is not comfortable at all. For those with back issues those beds don't work. That is the only thing that would keep us from going back.

My stay at Hilton seemed typical at first, but there were just a number of issues that arose that forced me to send this feedback with my dissatisfaction: 1) I understand that this location was under some sort of renovation, but on 13-Sep, Saturday early morning (7AM) a lot of drilling and hammering could be heard in my room (725). A running vacuum cleaner in my room would have been more soothing than the noise I was hearing It was going on past the time I left the room to be a tourist around 11AM. 2) On Saturday night/Sunday morning there was apparently a water leak. The leak affected my bathroom. It was literally Niagara falls in my bathroom above the sink with water just pouring from the light fixtures in the ceiling. Good thing all my items on the sink were sealed. I pretty much used up all the towels to soak up the water. But the water pouring in the ceiling kept on going on - just say I couldn't sleep because of that noise. I called front desk to inform them, and they didn't even offer me to change rooms. Water coming from light fixtures could be an electrical hazard. 3) The next morning (Sunday) there were a lot of noise early in the morning due to the cleanup from the water damage. It was definitely worse than the construction noise. I wish I was offered a room on the unaffected area of the hotel. 4) I paid for internet access for a couple days and the internet was intermittent. I would go off every 15-20 minutes 5) I was billed for 5 days overnight parking and I only had a car parked overnight 2 days. Mind you I was only at the hotel 3 nights/4days. I called about the charge, but I shouldn't have to go through my bill with a fine toothed comb to make sure I was charge correctly. In all it was a terrible experience at this location. The noises, water leak, internet, and billing was unsatisfactory. And front desk staff was apologetic with regard to water leak upon check out. Apologies with no actions are worthless and deserve a complaint.
The renovated room was modern and clean
The only electrical plug in the bathroom didn't work. Insulation from hallway noise was poor. The Restutant was horrible...I will never "get hooked" on Stish. Service was mediocre, management struggled with diffusing conflicts and was often defensive...I'm assuming people challenge them a lot.
The staff was courteous. The rooms were clean. The bathroom was modern.
There was a lot of construction and remodeling. The pool was very small. The fitness center was ridiculous; outside covered by a tarp. The entrance was through the dark creepy basement.
Our garage ticket expired before our departure--but staff quick to open gate for us electronically.
The Pre-Authorization of credit card hold after check out. I find it hold more than 20 day up to now.
The air condition wouldnt cool the room. Should get better ac and would be a excellent overall...

The fact that construction was going on during the weekend made it so one couldn't relax. All construction in my opinion whould be done during the week or inform at the time of booking that construction is will be going on at the time of stay. If i would have know that that construction was going on I woul dhave choosen another hotel. Also, I am not use to staying in a room that doesn't have a refrigator or microwave in it.
