Location, amenities, staff, aesthetics. Beautiful property.

I was cold all night, seemed to be a governor on the heater. My room patio was not cleaned at all, drinks left, cushions a mess.

The lounge was fun and the restaurant was very romantic

$32 a night to park is a lot, especially since they don't tell you until you check in.

Jerry, shuttle guy from hotel to sea world was great.

I wish they cleaned the kids 1' pool area, like we asked over and over again.

Good location

The hotel is quite old, it has an unpleasant smell in the rooms, internet was working very slow (and wasn't wireless, so phones or tablets could not be used). Prices are too high for what it offers. Except the persons at registration desk or concierge it was nobody there for help. Prices at the restaurant (for breakfast) are very expensive.

Run down... Hilton needs to give this property a good scrub and renovation!

Sound deadening quality of some areas was lacking. Hallways in the 300 building were not good during our visit. Over all great time, just some constructive criticism.

no me gustó el hotel muy viejo el mobiliario, pequeñas a precio de suite

no me gustó el restaurante, de muy mala calidad los alimentos, desabrido y un bufete muy pobre para el precio, además de mala atención de los meseros

Bom, porém longe de tudo!! Tem uma van e cobram caro. Ótimo se quiser ficar só lá!

The pool area

This hotel is not worth $329.00 a night and $32 a day for parking We could have stayed at Embassy Suites for less and had free parking and free warm breakfast. My kids were very disappointed as I was as well! I will not refer this hotel to family and friends!

Very nice and clean hotel. Lovely path along the water - perfect for running, biking and walking. Possibility to rent bikes - we had a lovely ride to the ocean. Loved San Diego.

No public transportation close to the hotel. We had to rely on cap drivers, among which some of them drove us detours to be able to charge us more.

We stayed 4 days and found ourselves pleasantly surprised that the restaurant was very good. The staff was helpful and accomodating. S'mores on the beach and dinner by the pool was nice. We played a game with a room service tray of food that was left outside a room for days, I was surprised that it was there on the day of our arrival and still there on our departure 4 days later. Other than that, no real complaints. Would stay again.

Las instalaciones son muy agradables, y bastante cuidadas; la piscina es maravillosa, climatizada al aire libre y muy agradable.

Tengo entendido que no sirven desayuno incluido en el precio; el parking demasiado caro, una vez te dan el precio todo sube con extras obligatorios ( como el parking ), tiene precio de hotel de lujo y las habitaciones, aunque muy limpias y cuidadas, se nota el paso del tiempo en algunas cosas. No es el hotel de lujo que esperabamos por ese precio. El spa, para ser clientes y haber pagado, excesivamente caro; 90 dólares, como si entrases de la calle.
