The food was amazing. The pool experience was great- sans the kids :)
Pay for self parking is a way to much
Room 106 stank, old and musty. $35 daily parking fee is ridiculous.
Restaurant staff cordial and efficient, food satisfactory and reasonable value.
Right by the freeway so you can leave asap.
I was over charged for my room. What was quoted to me including taxes & fees is NOT what is reflected in my bank account.
All the add on cost for services we didn't use. Resort charge, $25.00 a Day. Room service, we ordered $25.00 worth of food (Menu), and paid $47.17. The booking was $382, and the bill came to $486. Won't go back!!!!!
The Location was good, the room was nice. Didn't use the resort, we were there to visit family.
The room was just OK, nothing special like the pictures showed. We checked in and noticed there was a wedding reception happening which left us with people partying and yelling in the hallway at 2am. The walls are incredibly thin and we could hear every toilet flush and shower turn on. The breakfast at the hotel restaurant was a joke!!! $17 for some scrambled eggs, dry burnt toast, crispy over cooked bacon, and a few potatoes. And to top it off, the continental breakfast that is advertised is really only for gold card members!! All in all the only plus was the view from the pool.
The view and the pool were great.
$35 for parking, and another $22 for a "resort" fee!!! outrageous
it looks a bit run down
Service was exceptional, better than expected in every area
The room smelled musty and old.
I loved the pool and the location
$35 fee to park!
Lack of parking near villas.
Loved having full access to the beach day and night. The room was spacious and beautiful. The water rentals were a blast. Planning to return on my next break from work.
We found huge cockroach infestation in our room and when we told staff about it they didnt seem to be that bothered about doing much about it we were asked if we wanted to check out at 1am!!! We luckily found another room which was cleaner to stay the night and we checkout 7am in the morning staff did not give a toss.
The speed of checkout!
need more value for the money also need to cater more to guests celebrating a special occasion eg anniversary
view at restaurant
Very dirty and unorganized
They are trying to save money on staff so when I went for breakfast around 7 it took 20 minutes to be served because the same guy was waiting tables and cooking and seating people. Next day I got back to the room at 3:45 and it had not been made up. They never made it up and I was paying over $400 a night for a room. They only brought a few more towels. Had asked for an early check I for one of my sons so he would not miss the family birthday party. I had asked a week ahead, again the day befor, the the morning of check in. They noted it, but it never happened and we were all late. They said they only had one person making up rooms for the whole building. Finally the porch light was on all night with no way to turn it off. The. They charged a 22$ resort fee per day for "free internet" and other things you could choose to buy-- felt like a total rip off.
waterfront view is of a state park with campers in tents.
easy access to resort amenities nightly fireworks from Sea World
The location, room (we were upgraded -- thank you!), water sports facilities, pool and dining were all excellent. It was the last stop for us in a 3-week California road trip, so it was perfect.
Didn't like the parking fee or the resort fee. Hate to be nikel and dimed just include in room cost.
The rooms were great and so was the location. The restaurant was fantastic. Best meal in long time.
beautiful place near bay, many trees and palms
Did not like the fact that 3 of the 5 times we were in the pool area we met "locals" who would sneak in to use the jacuzzi's. Am I paying for "locals" to use the jaccuzi? We also had to pay $35 a day for parking, which was ok, until we heard grounds keeper tell a woman not to "worry about it" when she asked if she needed a permit. So why did I have to pay for it? Just need to be consistent when telling paying customers who spend 3 grand for a week one thing and others another. Overall just think I paid to much money for a resort and resort fees that were unnecessary.
Location was ideal for getting around. Nice ambiance with fire's by the pool area.
Staff at the bar, not good service.
Should have read the ad more closely…we were slammed with a 35$ fee to park at hotel.
The location was terrific.
Very expensive parking
The location, the view, facilities
