the ho9tel was very friendly and presented well. The rooms were bright and airy. It wss nice to control the temperature of the room and the bed and pillows were very comfortable i found the bar a little expensive which was a shame as we found the area very relaxing and would have liked to spend more time socialising with our friends in there |

Wij hebben slechts 1 overnachting gehad in dit hotel. Maar waren heel tevreden. Wij hadden zelfs een kamer met gedeeltelijk zicht op de baai en dat in een promokamer. Het hotelpersoneel was enorm vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Wij hebben genoten van deze overnachting. |

Das Hotel liegt mitten im Herzen von San Francisco. Viele Attraktionen der Stadt, z.B. Chinatown, Fisherman's Warf, Cable Car usw., sind zu Fuß zu erreichen, super Einkaufmöglichkeiten sind in der Nähe. Man hat das Gefühl, mitten drin zu sein. Nein, es gibt nichts, was mir nicht gefallen hat und beanstandet werden könnte. |

Proximité des commerces Nous avons rencontré des problèmes sur le prix. Nous avions trouvé la chambre à 29 $ sur le site booking mais au moment de partir, ils nous avaient facturé la chambre à plein tarif. Heureusement, j'avais avec moi votre confirmation de prix que j'avais imprimée et après avoir eu deux interlocuteurs et ma preuve papier, ils ont rectifié et facturé au bon prix. Heureusement, mon anglais est bon ! |
